Lovely location and fantastic accommodations. Such an enjoyable lodging experience. Highly recommend.

Upon my arrival I met the owner, only because I approached him. He was very pleasant and helpful. The living area is beautiful and clean. The whole place appears to be new with nice features. The selling point for me was the surrounding area and the privacy. Sitting on the deck every morning enjoying a beverage, nature, and neighbors on the farm next door was the best part (Fyi, there is no smell from the small farm). We greeted the neighbors every day, who were a horse and 2 donkeys. If you’re lucky you will see deer roaming the property. We observed five on two different days. Also, we walked the property along the stream to the river which was serene. There is fire pit available to use but we didn't have time. We enjoyed Franklin, the local restaurants and Bars in the surrounding areas. This place is near everything we needed. In my opinion Franklin has more to offer than Nashville. I would stay here again.

Location good for our activities scheduled

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Had everything you would need for our stay. The owner, Andrew, was on top of everything. The local cat, Maddie (or as I called her, Dave), was even a hit.

Pictures on site accurate. Communication with Host easy. We even needed to check in early and that was seamless.

What a pleasant experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet time on the deck with the welcoming kitty cat! Andrew was helpful & accommodating! The house was super clean & modern. This was a peaceful escape. Thank you!

We enjoyed a great couple of days in Nashville and Franklin TN. The location was perfect , very peaceful and clean . Owner was very accommodating with us .

We enjoyed our recent stay! The space was accommodating and comfortable. The porch was amazing! Great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We even got to enjoy a late night thunderstorm! The hosts were responsive and friendly, especially Maddie the host cat!! She greeted us on the porch every morning. This place was close to everything we needed and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
