Everything was great, the reception staff were attentive and helpful. They gave us a useful list of things to do and see as soon as we arrived and it was all spot on.
Only a few things worth mentioning:
1. Rooms were a little noisy with little noise isolation from the other rooms, I mean you can hear almost every door shut, shower, or small chatter from the other rooms, but nothing from the outside which was good in that sense.
2. Need to work harder on the cleanliness and hygiene, but overall it was good.
3. Theres alway a bad toilet smell in the corridor and sometimes in the room, but it comes and goes so somehow it was manageable.

The wifi was very slow and the coffee bar inside the hotel was not open yet. Breakfast was not included. Coffee shop next door expensive!

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is immaculate and location is perfect, literally a 10 second walk to the beach, there's a shop next door and an abundance of restaurants on the doorstep.
A rare find, this hotel has is a pool, again the pool and area around it is immaculate, it has plenty of sunbeds and beanbag chair/loungers.
The rooms have all mod cons like a mini fridge, TV, USB/C sockets, electronic keyless door locks, large shower, either a pool view balcony (we had this) or sea view where you can catch the sunset. The bed was super comfy too.
This is a newly opened hotel and isn't even on TripAdvisor yet!
We would book again in a heartbeat but be quick, once word gets around you may struggle to get room!
It's not a case of not liking anything, just a couple of observations.
The room we had (117) could benefit from a few more coat hangers and maybe a shelf above coffee machine fridge area for a little more storage. These are very minor things and did not detract in any way from our stay at Play Paros.

The property is new so lovely and fresh and clean. Very modern with lovely young staff who were so friendly and helpful. Beach across the road and pool

The location is very good, the pool area looks great and the housekeeping staff are very attentive and friendly
The coffee shop (on the left side of the lobby) is not open and has no furniture yet. The lounge area on the right side of the lobby also has no furniture and is currently vast and empty. The rooftop bar is not open yet. The hotel does not offer breakfast and we had to go to a restaurant further down the street every morning. Our suite only had minimal furniture - no artworks, no standing lamps, no accessories as currently shown in the 3D visuals on the hotels website. Therefore the hotel interior is not actually finished yet, but you are selling the hotel as fully operational and at full price.
The staff at reception are possibly the worst reception staff that I've encountered during a hotel stay. They knew nothing about even the most basic of questions. i would suggest to the hotel management that they are sent on a customer service training programme. Most of my basic questions such as activities, bus times, gym opening times, journey times to other places on the island were answered with "no idea" rather than "let me find out for you". I think the 3 of them thought they were there on a holiday camp for the summer constantly sitting around doing nothing.
I would not recommend staying in this hotel in its current state as it is totally overpriced. It's currently one of the most expensive beach hotels in Parikia and certainly not worth this cost.
