Wij zijn over het algemeen zeer positief over ons verblijf. Op voorhand werden we gecontacteerd in verband met aankomstuur, daarin was men zeer flexibel, kamer was klaar bij aankomst. Voldoende parking. Supermarkt onmiddellijk naast het complex. De kamer is volledig uitgerust met keukenmateriaal, handdoeken, WiFi, airco,... Vooral de airco was voor ons een heel groot pluspunt.

Op de foto's lijkt het alsof het meer rechtstreeks toegankelijk is via de accommodatie. Deze toegang hebben wij echter niet gevonden. De kortste (wandel)route was doorheen een andere camping, en daar was een code nodig om het poortje te kunnen openen.

Hyggeligt lille sted, med alt hvad du behøver, småt men godt. Ja, terrassen ligger med lille have og hæk op mod vejen, men udsigten er fantastisk. Dejligt at det ligger lidt væk fra Annecy, gratis bus lige udenfor døre, Lidl som nabo og lækkert bageri tæt ved. Super god seng. Venlig modtagelse og gratis parkering.

Lidt mere service i køkkenet, og kunne vejen flyttes var det et plus - men synes ikke det er svært at abstrahere fra støjen. Lidt lydt fra andre lejligheder i huset.

The newly renovated rooms were a highlight, featuring all the necessary amenities without any shortcomings. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. One of the most charming aspects was the stunning view of Lac D'Annecy, which added a serene beauty to the stay. Its location, not too far from the city, offered the perfect balance between accessibility and a peaceful retreat. Additionally, the availability of parking was a convenient plus.

The only downside I encountered was an issue with the contact number provided by Booking, which seemed incorrect. This made it challenging to arrange our arrival time as we couldn't get in touch with the property beforehand. However, upon our arrival, the staff's friendly and welcoming demeanor quickly dissipated any concerns. Overall, my stay at Hotel Residel was a pleasurable experience, marred only slightly by the initial communication hiccup.

La colazione non era compresa. Abbiamo acquistato qualcosa al supermercato vicino, peraltro molto comodo e ben fornito.

Lo spazio dell'appartamento è piuttosto piccolo, in 3 ci si sposta a fatica. Tuttavia l'alloggio è nuovo e fornito di tutto quello che serve. Il gestore molto premuroso e gentile.
