Overall a nice place to stay. Beach was easily accessible. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was easily accessible, accommodating and helpful. Enjoyable experience and met our needs. Only concern were the exterior lights which we could not turn on.

Ron was very responsive and answered all our questions

We had a short 3 night family vacation and this property was one of the best we have stayed out. The owner is easily the best one I’ve dealt with with any VRBO.

Short walk, nicely furnished. Ron would answer when we had questions, kind understanding and hospitable.

We did not get to stay at this property because the AC went out the day we were supposed to arrive. Ron called us and let us know that he had arranged for us to stay at another one of his properties. It was an upgrade as it was beachfront with a gorgeous view. I couldn't give a perfect score for cleanliness, however, he wasn't expecting anyone to be in the house that night so I am sure it was difficult to find someone to clean at the last minute (so totally not his fault). We were just so thankful he was able to get us moved to this property. It was amazing and we could walk right out to the beach. We had an amazing time. Ron was quick to respond to messages as well.

Host was excellent to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Close to the beach and nice clean place. relatively cheap furnishings and no closet to hang clothes in the primary bedroom - that costs them one star

The home was nice. It could have been cleaner.
