The property was very nice. Very clean, much more spacious than it looks in the pics, and well taken care of. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were all spread out and really helped with guests having their own space. Very short walk to the beach, perfect location with food and ice cream and the trolly to Rehobeth less than a block away. The ONLY problem….NOISE. But not from the restaurant below. This area of Dewey Beach on a Fri/Sat night is ridiculous. Don’t believe the things you hear about Dewey not being a party town any longer. This place is full blown yelling drunk idiots and screaming girls all night on the weekends. On top of the bar across the highway playing live music until 1am, there is a club and a stage with more live music next to it, and the crowd noise from these places is extremely loud and continuous ALL NIGHT. It doesn’t let up until you hear the police sirens at 2am and everyone is done yelling and screaming up and down the road at 4am. Then there is a ton of traffic noise first thing in the morning. The worst part- the master bedroom and balconies are exposed to all of it. The master bedroom balcony door didn’t fully close or lock so that didn’t help either. I would give this place a 5 out of 5 if it wasn’t for the noise. It really made it unenjoyable at times and impossible to sleep. Being your earplugs and it’s perfect.

Lovely place. Everything is within walking distance and is on the same block as the beach. A little loud at nighttime with the bars so close but wouldn’t keep me from not staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone. Living room furniture could be better, but the beds were comfortable. Be aware that it is noisy at night with people and music. The property is in a very convenient location to the beach and restaurants.

If you are in Dewey for the restaurants, beach, and bars, this is a great location! Also, having two parking spaces on-site is a big bonus.

This was a great location for a weekend away. Plenty of space and bathrooms so it was perfect for 4 people. Just minutes away from the beach and the local bars. Would highly recommend!

We LOVED this property and will definitely check back to see if it’s available for our next trip. The only thing to keep in mind when booking is that at night you can definitely hear the music from the bar across the street and it plays until about midnight, so if you’re a light sleeper I’d keep that in mind! We loved everything else about the property!!
