My family had a fantastic stay here. The cottage is spacious and has all the upgrades of a modern home. The lake was very clean and great views of the sunset. Chris is amazing with communication. Gets back quickly and answers any questions you may have a fantastic host. Can't recommend the property enough!

We spent a couple of days in this cottage to explore the area of Kingston and the Thousand Islands. It is a beautiful location with everything you need and with a direct access to the lake. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the nature in between visits.

The waterfront offers a gently sloping entry into the water, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for various activities. The water's warmth further enhances the experience. To make the most of your time, consider bringing along a paddleboard or kayak, as well as water shoes due to some rocky areas. Such equipment will undoubtedly add to the fun and excitement. We were really pleased with the cottage. I was really clean and well appointed with top of the line accessories. We enjoyed the fact that it was so close to Kingston and Gananoque and 401. The beds were very comfortable and love being able to sit around the fire pit at night. Would recommend it.

This property is ideally situated on the Rideau canal system. Just a short drive from Kingston. The property was spotless and extremely well equipped. A bonus was the quiet,peaceful location and the opportunity to view nature along the river. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
