Very comfortable good location very clean and well presented.

The entrance to the carpark is narrow could do with being a bit wider.

Location was perfect for our needs. Access was perfect for me with limited mobility (just one step). Perfect for an overnight stay .

No code given for room door so our room was unlocked and we were unable to lock it. We texted, sent an email and tried to phone but no reply. Haf drunk bottle of coke left on chest of drawers. Toiletries left in shower cubicle and bathroom floor soaking wet. Seemed as though someone had just had a shower in our unlocked room. No towels. No bin. No hangers in wardrobe. Shared kitchen was dirty. No washing up liquid or tea towels. Crumbs all over the worktop. Dirty glasses in the sink. Half eaten takeaway curry in the fridge. We left after an hour as didn't want to leave our belongings in a room that was unlocked or alternatively lock the door but not be able to get back in. Avoid this place at all costs.

For the money we paid was ok but needs upgrading our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned still had shampoo bottles and old razor in the shower, no toilet roll in our room . Mix up with door codes to get access to our rooms but this issue was resolved quickly by a very helpful lady over the phone.

Did the job but no home comforts , no Wi-Fi code for the TV supplied .
