Close to the beach. Good view. Room was nice. Plenty of room for everyone.

Shower head wasn’t the best. Master bed was old and uncomfortable.

Absolutely nothing other than it was at the beach. It wasn’t clean and even found dirty underwear behind a nightstand and the next day we Had a roach walk across the kid’s bedroom floor. The next day we found two more. So without any doubt we were met with less than acceptable responses from Vacasa. It was almost like they didn’t care one bit, always put me on hold multiple times and it didn’t seem to be something they cared to be understanding or try to help us. So of course I had to take action and get it cleaned up and fix the situation as best as possible. So on my only vacation i get to take every year I’m having to deal with toilets that don’t wanna flush right, internet was garbage an kicked us off the network after 15 mins of use. Every 15 mins while trying to use it you had to reconnect. Oh don’t let me forget about that Parking pass when we first pull in and try to make it to our rental place the security guard was there and was okay with us coming in and we spoke to him and their should have been a pass in our place when we arrived, their wasn’t! Got a warning ticket on windshield the third morning. So… I had been in contact with the rental agency multiple times to see if we could figure out how to stay connected to the internet and informed them of the sanitation issues and After we became aware of the cockroaches my wife called again….. only to be put on hold and basically said she wasn’t able to reach the regional manager of Vacasa. Needless to say my wife & I were so upset with the decision to stay in a new place and now I’m just relieved that we made it home safe. Now, maybe I can relax a little before I have to start adulting again. Ps. Don’t stay at south winds unit H-13 in NC Atlantic City
