We needed something small for my fiancé and I. This was perfect! I highly recommend staying here!

This property was in a great location as far as being central to beach and downtown, however the cons that my husband and I had in this space far outweigh the good location. First of all the entry and bathroom doors drag and are quite difficult to open and close. The space smelled damp and musty from the start, despite us emptying two small dehumidifiers all week. A few floor rugs would have been handy as well as more towels. You couldn’t get towels to dry out overnight because it stayed so damp. The bed was too tall to be able to get into easily, and when you finally made it in you had to deal with the damp sheets. Despite having a counter, there really was no place to sit and eat comfortably, just a small uncomfortable couch. The shower floor was creative, but painful to your feet. There are other things I could mention, but I won’t. We ended up finding another room for our last nights stay, just dreaded going back. We were looking so forward to this for so long, and feel that for the price it should have been more comfortable conditions. We are not hard to please, but it was hard. This was our first VRBO experience, and I really think it may be our last.

My husband and I spend a weekend at Folly at this perfect little location. The house was adorable, bed was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay! Walking distance to beach and shops & restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about it. I would definitely stay here again.

So close to the beach and the restaurants. Rental was as described, maybe even larger than pictures made it seem. Comfortable mattress and pillows too.

Host was nice, responsive, & great to work with. Location was ideal with easy walking access to beach, pier, and downtown. Good parking, and property had everything needed. Had a great time and will be back!

This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!

This property is great. Clean, parking on Folly!!!, and easy access to the beach. The host was great and very responsive. Property was clean and perfect for 1-2 people.

The location was great, cozy space. Had a mildewing smell and thought the air conditioning overnight may help out. The next morning it was the same. I contacted Shane and he was very understanding. He was willing to give us a full refund even after spending the night. However, Vrbo only allowed a refund for days not there. Shane also contacted us a bit later to offer another space.

Truly a great place to stay. It is small, but cozy. Maybe not where you want to stay if you plan on being indoors all the time, but this is Folly! If you are doing more than using this place to crash after a great day in the sun, then you are doing it wrong

Hidden gem super close to all that Folly Beach has to offer! A small cozy space best for just two people but was perfect for a good friend and I to have a girls weekend!

Fantastic location with everything we needed. Roger was there for any small thing that we may have wanted help with and gave us some helpful tips on places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay!

Others called it a bungalow. It is more like a party house. Not comfortable. No table and chairs. A couch which was more like a settee and hard as a rock, and had to be used when eating. We could have stood at the counter to eat, hence, party house. In addition,there were roaches at night in the kitchen. This place makes it's money from it's location, and definitely NOT it's accomodations.

This location is essentially a tiny apartment. It was very clean. The location was great with beach access only a short walk away. Downtown was a short walk away as well. There were areas in need of improvement. There were no chairs to sit at the island to eat. The small couch was very uncomfortable, very hard. The towels and wash clothes were very thin and worn out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The price was great especially for the location. Cleanliness and safety are my top priorities and I was pleased in regards to both these issues. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Close to downtown and the boardwalk. Took care of what we needed.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. It had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. It’s very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will be staying here again!

Perfect location on the best beach in America. Stayed there for New Year's, and loved it so much that we just booked again for a birthday at the end of January. Perfect for a couple that doesn't plan on spending much time in the room. Very cozy space, well stocked and furnished. Highly recommend

Clean, great access to town and beach.

We loved this little house. It's a short walk to the beach (one street away) and there is a path that goes directly to the beach right next to the property. The owner was responsive and kind and the house was so cute. Would totally stay here again. Totally worth it!

Shane was a first class host. We will be back next summer.

A great quick getaway for two and a small dog! We enjoyed the casual, intimate quality of the space and its proximity to the beach and main part of Folly. The on site host provided us with free tickets to the festival happening that weekend which was a fun surprise! Only downfall were some ants in the kitchen- we had to throw out some food but overall would book again.

The Host was great and communicated amazingly with us. Folly is our place and we loved being so close to the beach.

The Crow’s Nest was the cutest and comfiest stay. It has all the basics, no frills yet all the convenience. I’ll stay here again for sure!
