Stayed here multiple times great value and location

Bed.too low and too soft no tv facilties outside the room and bathroom upstairs

The staff was very good and friendly

Cat hair in a bed. No hair dryer.

I was apprehensive about , staying in someone’s house, but I was greeted with a big smile , shown to my room , a large room facing the garden , the bed was fantastic so comfortable I slept so well .. So peaceful, the en-suite was good nice rain shower..

the property is clean

There were cats every where and i am allergic to cats. I thought if the room door was closed I could manage it but one of the cats kept meowing front of my door. i couldn't concentrate on anything. to make thing worst i started sneezing which was a warning sign. I had to leave after about 30mins of arriving. i had to book Ibis to stay the night It may be a perfect place for cat lovers this should have been indicated in the advert. I ended up spending the night at Ibis hotel nearby which was very costly because of late booking. will be requesting my full refund from booking.com as they have not fulfilled their obligation

Nice host.

Shower only let hot water out. Can't adjust water temperature at all! That needs sorting then the stay would be perfect.
