Goed ontbijt en ruime kamer. Perfecte ligging.

Er waren nog geen stoelen/bedjes rondom het zwembad klaargemaakt. En het was onverwacht warm dus vandaar wel handig geweest.

The size of the rooms

Not accessible - had to leave prams in entrance that was open to the public in the day - not secure. Upon checking out, the door to access this entrance was locked so I had to climb over the staircase to remove both my pram and car seat in order to leave the hotel. There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room and it was blowing the smell of cigarettes through continually for my 3 day stay (I don’t know where the fan unit for this was placed but it was obviously in the wrong location). I did raise this at 1 am on my first night as it was so strong that I couldn’t sleep and I had my baby with me but it was not addressed by management. Finally, I had requested a cot for my stay and was provided with a “next to me” crib only suitable for babies from birth to six months and not appropriate or safe for my 18month old. Had a dispute on check in regarding this and the charge for it with what I can only assume was the manager - not a pleasant start to the trip. I didn’t have time to rectify my problems or chase with management as I was in Alaro for my sisters wedding.

Lovely place with lovely stuff!

Location is fantastic. Right in the beautiful square of Alaró. Rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless. The bed was huge and comfy. Amazing shower. Beautiful, peaceful pool area. The evening menu from the restaurant is well worth trying. We dined two nights in a row it was so good - definitely one of our favourite meals of the holiday. We weren't able to get wifi in our room due to some outage in the village the days before we arrived, however, it was easily connected (and fast) in the common areas. Very convenient parking if you reserve and a delightful body of staff to make your stay comfortable. We would highly recommend Can Xim and the gorgeous village of Alaro.
