We stayed here with a group of friends while in town for a conference. It was a perfect location, and everything was so nice! The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time!

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations around the neighborhood. Will definitely be back! The Hill is a very nice neighborhood with a very cool atmosphere!

Stayed for a weekend guys trip to catch a Cardinals game. Easy uber ride to the stadium and the local food was amazing. I would definitely stay here again no matter the reason on coming to St Louis

This property is in a good location. It is an older home with a nicely remodeled kitchen. When we arrived I was informed by the owner that the cleaner would not be done by check in time. I think the cleaners were rushed and so some of the house was not as clean as it could have been. That said, it was not awful either. The one main complaint I would have is that the carpeting on the stairs and second level is really stained. It really needs to be replaced. Total "turn-off" for an otherwise charming house. Also, bathrooms should be stocked with towels, both hanging up and in a nearby storage area or closet as all other VRBO's are. Feels like the owners have a few things to figure out. But, overall the house is lovely.

Pros: Walking distance to several restaurants and easy drive to main attractions and grocery store. House had ample space for our family.
Cons: Upstairs bathroom has two doors one connecting to master bedroom and the other in the hall. There isn't a lock on the master bedroom side so anyone who is in the bathroom could open the master bedroom door. Additional towels and toilet paper would have been nice considering the amount of people and length of stay. Silverware was included but the forks were tiny.

The house is older, but so is the neighborhood. Kitchen is newer. Bathtubs are a bit worn, but all bathroom fixtures work. Great property close to downtown.
Host was easy to communicate with, very responsive. Offered us Cardinals tickets when he couldn't attend the game - Thank you.

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for what we needed. Just could have used more towels but otherwise it was good.

Andrew was a great owner to work with. The place is great. We were in town for a wedding so way better to have space, amenities, etc. instead of over-priced hotels in the area. I cannot imagine how we would have travelled with our 18-month old grandchild if we had used a tiny hotel room.

This property fit our needs perfectly. It was located within biking distance of all the gateway cup races. It was very clean and had all the essentials. I would love to see extra towels provided but we did have one for every person. For reference one of the bedrooms is a “walk through” to another bedroom and contains the washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable. We had no difficulty with street parking.
