This is a beautiful property that feels like “home away from home.” Have stayed here multiple times and it is always spotlessly clean and gorgeously decorated with a gracious host. This property has my absolute highest recommendation!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owner(s) have really thought through all the small details with this unit. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, bedding, etc. The layout and was perfect for what we needed! I would stay here again if I were in the area! So glad the unit had cable and good WiFi!

The studio was as pictured, renovations were very nice. Easy access to the beach and very dog friendly.

Excellent….our host, Laurie, was very attentive and responsive ….. a pleasure to deal with. The unit was well appointed and equipped. Overall, a very good experience!

The unit is about a mile from the closest shops/restaurants. It is a well furnished studio on the first floor with access to a semi-private backyard. Beach is a short walk away but there is no access to Sawgrass facilities e.g., exercise room or pool. We had a problem with the dishwasher which was repaired the next day. This is a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet/relaxing visit to Ponte Vedre.

This place was perfect! It was updated and very inviting. We felt like we were at home. We would definitely rent this place again.

This was my fourth stay at this property; no need to look anywhere else! It has it all: location, layout, access, great decor, very cozy and comfortable plus a great host. Highly recommended!

This unit was perfect for our small family of 3. Enough space, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, and outdoor space. Easy access to beach. it does have access to a pool, but it is a 5 minute drive away, so just a heads up on that. Looking forward to staying here again.

The condo was exactly like the pictures and was so welcoming. Was perfectly remodeled and was made very comfortable for a visit to the beach. A keeper for sure!

The condo was everything the website said and more. The location, parking, furnishings, and hospitality of the host was above measure. Laurie was so attentive and kind. We walked in the unit and there was peaceful beach music on the television which set the mood for the weekend. She provided so many extra amenities that were not in the listing. We will certainly be back and plan to make this our place in PVB.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay and was sad to have to leave. The studio has plenty of space for two people. It feels much bigger than a studio. The bed and all furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with everything needed to eat in. The bathroom and laundry area was just fine. Not to mention, the space was spotless and beautifully decorated. On top of all of that, the location was awesome. The condo is right across the street from a neighborhood pet friendly beach. It’s also close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops in Ponte Vedra. We highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental.

We have stayed here multiple times and love the property. It is clean, fully equipped and very up to date with nice furnishings. Parking is right out the front door and beach access across the street. The unit is privately owned and the owner is responsive and easy to work with. This will always be our home away from Home when staying in this area.

My husband and I have been coming to Ponte Vedra for many years, and this is the best place we have stayed! Best location, right across the parking lot from the beach access. Beautiful, clean condo. All around a wonderful experience
