The house was well stocked and very clean! Views were nice and swimming right off the dock was perfect.
I will say that the pictures give the impression that the boat lifts are open and available for use. They are not available for use and there is a boat on the main lift, which was unexpected and a bit of an inconvenience. House was perfect though and we will return!

Loved the house, beautifully decorated and a nice layout. Everything is new and in working order and modern. The property manager took awhile to answer me with valid questions following the status of the home, wifi, property following the Beryl Hurricane. The lawn had not been mowed in awhile and the tall grass was a danger for visibility of holes, stumps and snakes. The Livingston Dam is retaining the water, so we couldn't put our boat in the slip which was tough as the driveway is on an incline. The owner's neighbor offered to mow the lawn, but almost for a tip instead of having a lawn service during grass growing season. No one got hurt, but with grandkids 7 and 4 it was annoying.

House has plenty of room and great updated amenities inside. Love kayak and fishing poles provided.

The house was great and very well stocked. However when we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the sink and the laundry room
Doors were broke and not attached.
We also tried for a month, before our stay, to connect with someone regarding this house. Not sure if that problem was with VRBO or vacasa but it was very frustrating.

Loved the home! Trying to communicate and ask questions about the property through Vacasa was worthless. Once I found the owners phone number, communication was excellent.

The pics match the house exactly. We had all we needed to have a great weekend. The views are amazing, the beds soft and comfy, overall the most relaxing place and very updated and gorgeous inside. The showers are luxury. The outside area was gorgeous and the 2nd story pier level unbelievable. We will stay here again! Wish we could live there! Also .. Duane the house keeper is wonderful and friendly and made sure we had all

We had such a lovely time! Gorgeous patio to enjoy the weather. The kitchen was much more stocked than listed online, great for cooking and hosting!

beautiful waterfront home right next to boat launch. awesome pier with 2 story deck. perfect for sunrises and sunsets!

It was an extremely well appointed house. Great boat dock, great location. We had the time of our lives.
