We found the house to be spacious and cozy tucked away in the woods. Unfortunately the rain during the week we were there prevented us from doing everything we wanted to outdoors, like campfires. We appreciated finding a place that allowed us to bring our dog. Some updates could help improve this house such as a sliding glass door heading outside that is easier to open and close. The quiet atmosphere around the house was exactly what we were looking for with beautiful scenery. There were more insects in the house than we would have preferred, but we understand that comes with staying at a place in the woods. We really enjoyed our stay and are thankful for our experience!

Had a great time staying here for a Vermont getaway. The house is cozy but felt plenty big for us. Beds were comfortable, everything was super clean, and the wifi worked well enough for me to still do some work while I was there. Got to do some grilling and use the fire pit too. Check in and checkout was really easy. Will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Outerwoods; it was a retreat just for myself, though there was plenty of room for more friends or family. The directions and check-in were easy and the house is nicely appointed, well supplied, and very comfortable. I even sat out on the deck for a bit when the sun came out (it was still winter when I was there), and I can see how nice it would be to hang out in the yard and on the deck during warmer weather. I enjoyed the quiet and a chance to escape from real life for a bit! The kitchen had all I needed for the meals that I fixed at the house, and I also ventured out to some nice restaurants nearby. I definitely look forward to going back soon. Thanks for a great stay!

My family enjoyed the short stay at this house for a Mountain weekend. Daughter and boyfriend went skiing, son and friend went snowboarding and hubby and I took the pup hiking. The house had everything that we needed.
Would stay here again.

We absolutely adored this place. It was thoughtfully decorated, very clean and ready for guests as one might expect a hotel to be! Beds freshly made, towels neatly folded, kitchen stocked with utensils and equipment. They even had a fresh set of bamboo skewers which we used to roast marshmallows in the fire out back. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and should I ever want to come back for a ski trip, I'd definitely stay here. It's not everyday you'd go back to a prior rental. But when you find a gem, you stick with it!
