The house was great, very clean, updated beds were comfortable. I stayed with my mom and husband for a family reunion. I would stay here again with no problem but without my mom. She had a hard time getting down to the back, the terrain is just harder for elderly people with limited mobility. The hosts were so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We even had fresh zucchini bread when we arrived. Great place for family and kids. They have the cutest playroom for kids. We were really only there at night but it felt like home. Thank you Josh and Tiff for allowing us to stay at your home.

Location was perfect for our needs. Was in town for a short time for a job. At the end of each day we looked forward to this little home away from home where our stay was extremely comfortable and affordable. Thank You Josh and Tif for having us. Hope to stay with you guys again next year.

Our experience was fabulous! We had 3 adults & 2 children. We went to Lagoon 1 day, and the Cherry Hills water park for 2 days. Josh & Tiff were perfect hosts; anything we needed, they were right there to accommodate, and Tiff even made us some delicious zucchini bread with cinnamon butter upon arrival. The guest house was very well maintained & very clean. The beds were very comfortable, TV was great with Netflix access. The best part, for the kids, was the built in play house, under the stairwell, complete with a little doorbell! My grandkids LOVED it, and it kept them occupied for 90 minutes after we first arrived! We loved everything about this place, and we look forward to coming again!

I spent most of my time with family, but needed a place to sleep. The house was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable.

We weren’t there much but it was nice when we were there. It was perfect for what we needed.

We had a wonderful time at Josh’s place. Even though it’s connected to the main house upstairs, the noise was minimal. The space is huge and very clean. Accessibility for people with mobility difficulties could be challenging, as the walk to the door is on grass and the dining table is actually a high bar table with tall chairs. There were plenty of towels and blankets, which we appreciated very much! We plan to go back.

Very cozy and comfortable and just what we needed. Josh was great with communication and accommodating to any of our needs.

Wonderful location right next to Lagoon. Our girls loved the little play area and had a wonderful time! Recommend every time!
