In town for a family graduation and area day trips. The house was clean and had a yard for the kids to enjoy being outside. Great location and very reasonable rate.

My family couldn’t be more impressed with Kokomo’s Mini Manor! We were in town for a family funeral & what was a sad, emotional weekend was made so much more pleasant by having a clean, cozy home to come back to. Emma has been so thoughtful in every detail. The home is absolutely *spotless*, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked w/ everything you could need, and some sweet extras - we came in to a basket of snacks (my kids were so excited about that, haha!) bottled waters, sweet devotionals & there were coffee & hot cocoa goodies for the keurig. There are games in the living room, laundry essentials, & extra bedding should you need it. We have stayed in *many* VRBO’s traveling with family, at least twice per year - this is the cleanest most comfortable stay we’ve ever had! You can tell Emma has worked hard to restore the home & make it a clean, comfortable place for others to stay - she also very sweetly extended our checkout a bit so we could meet family for breakfast before leaving. She’s an absolutely fantastic hostess & I can guarantee that others who stay in Kokomo’s Mini Manor, will enjoy it just as much as we did!

I booked this for my grandsons baseball tournament in kokomo and it was the ideal location, very clean and plenty of space. Would go there again if needed.

The host was very easy to get ahold of and communicated well. The property was perfect and very clean. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Overall 10/10 and would recommend for anyone planning to stay in the area. If I ever return to kokomo I know where I am staying.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy little spot in Kokomo. We have family in the area and this spot works perfectly for overflow accomodation. No surprises, the unit is exactly as listed. We will be back!

Location was great for visiting family! Pictures are great depiction of house. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Property management was excellent. Only disappointment was beds were little more harder than home.

My family and I recently stayed here when visiting family that lives in the area. The house was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host even left a basket of snacks for us as well as bottled water in the fridge. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again!

Yr home is so beautiful and my friend wants to buy it. Lol lol It has everything that we feel like it is our home. Neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We will be back again for our next hippie festival next year

We came to Kokomo for my daughters wedding. This house was perfect for our stay. It is so welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. It is super clean and has been updated with all the modern amenities. Highly recommend this property!

We were in town for a baseball tourney. We all loved this place. Very adequate for our needs & done so nicely with attention to detail. My teenager son liked his room better than his at home! Front door lock gave us a small issue, but a quick call to the contact took care of it. Would definitely stay again!

I have been traveling my whole working life as a businessman (40 Years) and I would rate this as one of the best accommodations for the money that I've ever experienced. It was priced right, convenient, comfortable, immaculately clean and exceeded my expectations. I would give a 10-star rating if allowed.
