-Near railway station -Shops ,restaurants and pubs nearby -Owners were very helpful and provided us with everything we needed -They gave us brand new sheets and duvets

-Although it was mentioned in the room facilities that the room had a private kitchen, in reality kitchen was shared and it was always occupied during the most time of the day. It was free only late in the night -Fridges insufficiently clean and too cramped, almost no free space to put our stuff -There was no antenna connected to the TV, so it received no channels, but fortunately we were able to receive all Freeview channels by connecting a clothes hanger to the antenna input. -Mattresses were not very comfortable -Insufficient heating -Difficult to return to the apartment from the city center after midnight, when trains do not run. It takes over 1 hour to get to Croydon by the night buses. -No hand towel or hand dryer in the bathroom -The room door could lock only from the inside. There was no way to lock it from outside to secure our stuff when we were away. Virtually every other guest could get into our room while we were not there. -Drawers were broken

1. I would suggest the room I stayed in should have a key to able to lock from both in and out.

Good clean room. Has the basic needs with a TB a chest of draws and a decent bed. Kitchen facilities are always available to use as well which was very convenient.

The shower wasn’t very easy to use. Otherwise, I can’t complain. Good value for money and the person who I believe owns the house was very kind to me.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfy

Że to była tylko jedna noc. Plusem było jedynie to, że po pokazaniu pokoju dla gospodarza zmienił nam pościel na wypraną.

Pokój na zdjęciach wyglądał na bardzo czysty, w rzeczywistości okazało się, że mieliśmy brudną używaną pościel, na łóżku było pełno cudzych włosów. Brudne ściany i podłoga. Na ręcznikach również były włosy. Okropne. Łazienka była również w kiepskim stanie, brudna podłoga, prysznic. Było bardzo dużo ludzi a tylko 1 łazienka. Żałuje, że nie zrobiłam zdjęcia łazienki. Wszystkie zdjęcia które dodałam to pokój w którym byłam. Poza tym wynajęliśmy pokój dla 3 osób, a gospodarz nie miał kołdry i pościeli dla trzeciej osoby. Nie powinien wynajmować w ten sposób pokoju. Nigdy więcej tu nie wrócimy.

Location was good for us. It was a basic setup and had what we needed for a one night stay. Clean sheets and a bolt on the door. Both car parks were taken when we got there but the gentleman who greeted me was quick to arrange a spot for us.

You heard every step down the hallway, there was a lot of loud arguing going on between people living or staying there. They were at it when we left for dinner and it sounded like the same crew carrying on when we got back. The room we stayed in was closest to the kitchen and whoever was in there at 5:30am was determined to make the most amount of noise. Thankfully it only lasted 5 minutes.
