Newer home, very clean with tons of amenities & activities for kids. Property manager / Cris was very responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great and very comfortable for our family of 10. Our only disappointment was the arcade video gaming console was not working due to needing an app update. The home owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would defiantly go back. We also rented a boat which was very nice and the grandkids loved being pulled on the tub behind the boat.

We had 11 people ranging from 12-50 years and everyone found something to enjoy. Some enjoyed the boat we brought (amazing to have a boat slip right there), we rented a jet ski, there was a game room, the bikes, fishing, the kayaks, the pool, the grill. I loved the garage door from the game room to the pool and being able to leave that open to bring us all together. You could go hard all day or relax in the pool, your choice. Or split the day doing a little of everything. Their added touches for the kids and the welcome snacks were a wonderful welcome. The space was beautiful, extremely clean, and the area was very safe. It was nice to finally have a table to seat all of the people they had beds for. Usually we have to eat in 2 or 3 different areas, but we were able to eat together which was really nice. I really liked the app they offered, all of the information you would need was at your fingertips and yet if we had a questions (only one or two because everything was really in the app) they were extremely responsive. We never felt like a bother. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away with friends/family and want a variety of things to do as well as space to relax and come together. Spectacular!

My husband and I treated our adult children and 6 month old grandchild to a Lakehouse vacation. This property was the perfect place for the entire family. The hosts thought of everything you could ever need or want. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to feel right at home. Everything was very organized with labels to let you know where small appliances go and what plates are best for indoors versus outdoors. The garage/playroom kept our 20 something kids very happy when they weren't splashing around in the pool or kayaking. There are pool games and house games for all ages. The property is very clean and comfortable. Even with all that, the thing we appreciated the most was the easy communication with the hosts. Chris and Michelle were very responsive to any messages sent prior to our arrival. They provided us with a digital guidebook that had great instructions on check in /out process, house rules, things to do locally, boat rentals, etc... They added special touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen counter, a basket of snacks, welcome bag of goodies for small children and a completely stocked coffee bar. If you are looking for a clean, well decorated, great location with lots of things to do, then look no more.... this is the place for you!

Perfect lakehouse for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. Location was perfect and also included a boat slip for rentals. I would highly recommend and look forward in returning.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids and had more than enough room. We loved the location on the lake and the boat slip available for our boat. The kids loved the games and toys that were stocked and the pool. The hosts were great and went above and beyond to assist during our stay.

We couldn't ask for more! This property is our favorite lake house on Lake LBJ! We have stayed her before and it's definitely 5 stars across the board. The boat dock is literally very close to the backyard in the marina. The amenities are numerous: game room with fun arcade gaming system, heated pool spa and pool, pool toys and towels provided, outdoor TV with 360 views, great views of the lake and hill country, private backyard and quiet community, comfortable outdoor furniture and living spaces on 2nd and 3rd floors + the pool level, fishing very close, and boat ramp very close. The digital welcome guide is very organized and super informative/helpful. Thank you Shelley! Really great overall experience. One of the best lake house values that you will find on Lake LBJ. We had a group of 12 and everyone had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room and things to do for everyone. We especially loved the 12 person dining table. Lots of wonderful conversation after dinner! The bedroom mattresses were also very comfortable. What really made the trip great was the service. Shelley answered all of our questions very quickly and was the perfect host! We will be back later this summer!

AWESOME LOCATION TO HANG OUT AROUND THE LAKE AND ENJOY PEACE AND QUIET. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WE ALL ENJOYED IT. VERY CLOSE TO THE GOLF COURSE. WE WERE THERE FOR THE GIRLS STATE GOLF TOURNAMENT SO THIS WAS PERFECT TO REST AND RELAX IN THE EVENING.

The hosts made our stay very enjoyable. They are responsive and very helpful. Great service is such an important part of any vacation and we appreciate the hosts. This lake house has every amenity that we needed and more! I will list a few: covered boat dock with lift, great open water views of Lake LBJ, just a beautifully decorated house, super fun game room, heated pool and spa, comfortable mattresses, fishing, boating, swimming, privacy, and lots of fun for the kiddos! The lakeside community (Clearwater Harbor) is also pleasant and the neighbors were so friendly. We'll be back soon later this summer!

This gorgeous property has everything. It was fun, relaxing, amenities galore, boat slip, game room (throw back arcade game system was a favorite!), large new house with amazing lake views, great community, spacious outdoor living spaces, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and parking for our vehicles. The dining table that seats 12 was perfect for talking after dinner and playing card games. The hosts were also very friendly, helpful, and fast to respond. They really made our stay more enjoyable and worry-free. We needed a getaway and this property met everyone's needs. We brought our surf boat and the lake was ideal for wake boarding/surfing. A covered boat slip was provided with a lift. We parked our boat trailer in a dedicated lot close to the house. The house provided kayaks and we took advantage of that. There is a cove/channel nearby and it's the perfect place to paddle board or kayak. We also rode bikes and fished. When we were not boating or fishing, we enjoyed the game room near the pool. The teenage boys especially enjoyed the heated spa and watching TV from the pool and spa! The house is new and decorated beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the views--great open water views of the lake! We will be back!

We really enjoyed Harbor Escape Lake House! This lake house has a lot of amenities. We had 11 in our group including children. We rented the boat available to guests--a very nice Bennington tritoon. There are also two new kayaks in the garage which we enjoyed using. We heated the pool, went fishing off the marina a few times, and spent time in the spa (our kiddie pool lol) which is connected to the pool. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the built-in bunker rooms and the game room on the lower level pool area. The arcade game system was awesome. The house is brand new so it's basically perfect--very clean and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with lots of parking. Thank you to the hosts who were very responsive and made our stay so enjoyable with the welcome gifts and special touches! We have already booked again for this summer!

We have vacationed on Lake LBJ 8 times before we found Harbor Escape. We've rented other lake homes, but this is our new go-to vaca lake house now! We found the perfect house to go with a perfect lake experience. It's a brand new listing and it's awesome! We always bring our boat and this house has a dedicated covered boat slip with lift and a trailer parking lot--easy access and convenient! The boat ramp is very close to the house. You can see the boat in the marina from the house. One of benefits we liked the most were the hosts. Other houses we have rented in the past are managed by property managers who were not responsive or did not know the property well enough and could not answer our questions quickly. The hosts are the owners and they made our vaca worry free and so much more enjoyable. They respond quickly and that is a BIG reason why this is our new go-to vaca lake house. They always were able to answer our questions and provide assistance with no delay. The lake and hill country views are amazing. There are too many amenities to list and remember but I will give it my best try: -- superclean house -- open floor plan -- stocked kitchen -- heated pool -- heated spa -- super fun bunker rooms and game room -- outdoor kitchen near pool with 360 degree rotating TV! The men loved watching golf from the pool! -- cute little coffee bar in master bedroom with amazing lake views. -- loved the decor -- very friendly and helpful hosts. We'll be back soon!

Our family is very particular when it comes to lake house vacations, and this house and location was perfect. It had everything we needed. The house is new and beautifully decorated. My teenagers loved the spa in the pool. The game room actually had a throw back arcade gaming center with all of the old favorites (pac man, asteriods, etc..). The bedrooms are roomy and the mattresses very comfortable. The Colorado arm of Lake LBJ is my favorite location on this lake. It's peaceful with lots of nature and the views of the lake and hill country were very scenic. The garage actually had an outlet for an electric vehicle. Now that's awesome. We had a relaxing and memorable vacation and will definitely come back! I almost forgot the hosts. Shelley is super helpful and always available. We really appreciate the service and she helped make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The hosts also have a boat that you can rent, which we did. It's a Bennington Tritoon and very easy to drive and handles great. Overall, we loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay at this most beautiful and super clean vrbo. The views of lake LBJ are amazing. Michelle was quick to reply to requests we had. Fun game room on the lower level that leads out to a beautiful outdoor space. Just an all around fantastic property, highly recommend!

I can’t begin to express how much we loved our time at this beautiful and super clean lakehouse! The house is a flawless setup for multiple families on vacation! We enjoyed the amenities and close proximity to wineries, caves, hiking, and golf! The bunker rooms and the fantastic game room was a hit for the kids! The private pool and spa are beautiful! The view of Lake LBJ from the patio and two upper decks are spectacular. Michelle was the perfect host and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our stay! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We will be back soon!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. My friends and I travelled from the west coast to visit this new one of a kind property. None of my friends had ever been to Lake LBJ and most of them had never experienced any Texas lakes in general . This house is a must see. I'm not exaggerating when I say this house had it all and was definitely one of the cleanest and fun rental houses I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at 50+ VRBO's across the country). For example, the bunk rooms were perfect for our large party and slept everyone comfortably. My favorite part of the house was the game room downstairs on the lower level of the house which is connected to the pool. This space was one the coolest things and unique ideas for a lower level garage type area I'd ever seen. This area had it all from ping-pong, foosball, air-hockey, wet-bar, and an Arcade with over 300+ games!! I may have been guilty of spending a few hours playing arcade games while my friends were in the pool. The pool was awesome it has a seperate spa which was a super nice touch and the pool was also heated to our likeness by the hosts (super quick to respond by the way). They also have a huge 75 inch TV hanging above the pool which you can turn in any direction. Was great for us to watch some college football. The views were spectacular as well. We saw breathtaking sunsets in the evenings and beautiful sunrises in the mornings. The walk to the basketball and sand volleyball court was less than 3 minutes. The HEB store was 5 minutes away and had everything we could ever need. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful (loved the backsplash). It was so well stocked with cooking supplies that we never felt the need to go out to eat. The beds were among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in and the entire place was beautifully decorated. The glass staircase was gorgeous as well. Exquisite fireplace! The house was spacious and there was never any issue with finding a quiet place to work as there is even an office on the upper level with sweeping views of the lake (incredible)! Really, I can’t say enough positive things about this property. My friends are already asking when we can go back in the summer. Usually we travel to Miami beach or even down the road to Newport outside of LA but we have now developed a fondness for Texas Hill country and this property in particular. Thank you to the property owners. In so many ways this was a perfect vacation.
