We were in town for annual medical checks and whenever we come to a Jacksonville we enjoy renting homes on or near the local beaches. This home was perfect for our needs and we had a lovely time even with Hurricane Debby. The home is welcoming and well decorated in a beach theme without feeling cluttered, which is important with a curious toddler on the move. The last day the rains had let up enough that we were able to enjoy a sunrise walk on the beach which was only minutes away by car. The home is located on a busy road, but once inside we didn’t hear any traffic noise. The open floor plan of the downstairs living area and kitchen are wonderful for meal preparation and spending time together. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in garden and we were relaxed knowing they wouldn’t be escaping. Andrew and Melody were great hosts, emailing us to check in and promptly answering any questions we had throughout the stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! Plenty of room for our family! We came down to visit our son that is in the Navy before his deployment. So much to do in the area within driving distance! Big Talbot Island State Park was a little longer but worth it! We enjoyed being able to come back to a clean roomy home to kick back and relax and plenty of cookware to make dinner together which is what we have always enjoyed doing together! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great with the house and check in! The hosts were great and checked in on us and made sure we were all good! We had no issues with the house or anything. Would definitely come back!

Property was clean, and a great location for what we neeeded. Beds were comfy and rooms were set up perfectly for what we needed. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

This home was clean, comfortable and roomy. Perfect location close to beach shopping, and restaurants. Cozy back porch area with plenty of seating to enjoy the evening air. I would 100% recommend this home and would stay there again. Everything is modern bright and clean. We had 8 adults and were not crowded at all. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. So glad we found this place!!

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, everything you need away from home. Great location, property is 4 minutes from the beach. Everything was wonderful!
