We enjoyed our stay at Lost Key, the townhouse is 3 levels, ground level is garage, up 15 steps to main level, living, dining room, kitchen and powder room, plus a balcony with seating for 4-5. Up 17 steps to 3rd level for 3 bedrooms, laundry, hall bathroom plus the master has a large en-suite bath. Getting luggage and groceries up and down was a workout, but otherwise the stairs weren’t too bad, and they gave a sound buffer for kids upstairs. The community was great, we LOVED the free shuttle bus to get us to the beach and back and also to the pool. Having the golf cart also helped us get to the pool. Overall, very good accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning for our next trip.

This is my family’s 5th year staying at Lost Key. We obviously really enjoy it and keep coming back because of the area, and having everyone together in one place. We love the property and the convenience and cleanliness of the properties. This is the first year however that things have seemed in decline. Our house was good. There were very minor issues that were quite possibly not the owners fault: gnats were absolutely horrible inside the home (we have never had this problem before). There were also cob webs in nearly every corner of the home but the gnats kept the spiders happy and fed. I reached out to management but never heard back. At the neighborhood pool, every single chair had lots of black mold on the backs and seats. An easy upkeep, deep clean fix, if you ask me. The pool was also full of debris and just yucky. Admittedly we like to go in the “off season” when the crowds are not bad and right before summer starts but again this is the first time things have seemed “not kept up” or as clean as they normally are and what we have come to expect from Lost Key. I sincerely hope this is not the case and that hopefully things will get a good cleaning. It’s not enough to keep us from returning but if it continues to get worse we will likely find a new “place”.

We really enjoyed the townhouse, the beach, both pools, hot tub, driving range, gym, biking, walking trails, grill, balcony, nearby restaurants etc...we would definitely stay again.
