The staff was incredibly nice and professional. They made you feel welcome and we left feeling like we made some new friends. :) The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were very nice, clean, updated and the beds were extremely comfortable! If I had a reason to go back to Delaware...I would definitely stay here again!

We were there in December and then we came back in this may the breakfast has improved 100 percent we spoke with a young lady her name was Shawanda
She's In charge of the kitchen area she turned that whole department around she told us this was her third day...Wow amazing young lady thanks you.

My only complaint is highway noise. May be better if you request an odd numbered, lower room number. I was 226, I think it’s as close to the highway as you can get! Lovely otherwise, but rough nights sleep if you are a light sleeper.

The staff were amazing. Talk about cleanliness, the facility is very clean, the room I had was very clean and spacious, clean bathroom, Refrigerator and microwave a plus. I will use this facility and again and will recommend it my family and friends anytime . The price is also fair. I suggest the coffee, sugar and cream could be more in the rooms.

Staff was excellent place just opened August 2023 so it was spotless. Only bad thing is maps will not lead you to your destination you have to call and ask the front desk. My wife and I have a blast would definitely go back again.

Terrible customer services. Stayed here out of state for my grandmother's funeral and Tony lacked much empathy. He had charged the wrong card upon us checking in and when I had called to have it fixed, he made it known he was irritated and more inconvenienced by his own mistake than my family was. He told me to deal with my issue with the third party I booked with, as they had no way to fix it and it was my problem. I asked to speak with a manager and he quickly told me I had already spoke to a manager the previous night. I asked to speak with the manager on that day and he sighed and grunted and hugged and puffed through telling me the manager was "in meetings all day". He once again instructed me to speak with the third party and made it known I was wasting my time insisting on speaking with a manager. Well, that manager (Lisa) called me back within 3 minutes and was so lovely and helpful. She resolved my issue promptly and with ease. Had it not been my encounter with Tony, I would give 5 stars. But, he knew I was grieving my beloved grandmother and still couldn't find it in himself to treat me with kindness and respect. Even if I was their for pleasure, his behavior would have still been unwarranted.
