We needed a place to go for a few days while our home was being tented for termites. This cute 1BR was perfect for us. They accepted animals so our dog could stay with us. The unit was super clean and felt brand new. Tons of towels and supplies to cook and have a great staycaytion.
The only issue was the TV sometimes buffered and would go out for a few seconds and then kick back on. The property managers were responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and the other rentals were friendly and low key.
We would recommend friends or family to stay there in the future. We enjoyed the pool and neighborhood.
Definitely would stay there again.

The location was great, very close to the everything that we wanted to do. The pool was also so amazing! The only thing that we noticed was that the WIFI did not seem to work for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will continue using destination stay!

The cottage was spotless. The bed was comfy. The tv was very challenging to use. Needs batteries??
Unfortunately, the pool was filled with leaves and bugs when we arrived. Trey said the pool guy would arrive the next day. He did not. The pool was so cloudy that it was not safe to use. We have a pool so we know how much work it takes to keep the ph and chlorine levels correct.
It was 90 plus and we couldn’t swim! I cannot recommend this property due to

Lovely house by the pool, close to Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria. Very clean, well appointed kitchen, and super comfortable bed! Will definitely come back!

We stayed in the detached guest house and had a wonderful stay. The common areas were inviting and great places to meet and interact with others staying elsewhere in the property. The neighborhood is seemingly safe and easy to get around even if a bit of an up and comer. Property location was perfect for trips to the beach, dining & shopping or just kicking back and relaxing.

The place was great. Kids had a wonderful time. Close enough to drive to beach. Pool area was very inviting. The only suggestion we have is Internet kept buffering.

We stayed in the guest house and it was very cute! The bed was comfy and we had our own washer and dryer in unit. Also, the pool was nice to have when we were over the beach.

We loved this property. It was close enough to the beach and the pool and hut tub were a bonus! Very clean and close to many stores and restaurants.

Really nice other than recliner did not work. Our pup loved to be able to run around off leash. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer.
