We had a family reunion with 3 complete generations under one roof - truly a gift in and of itself - and this property accommodated us beautifully. The view from the massive deck is a showstopper, and there were so many things to keep everyone occupied either chatting together in common spaces, or else enjoying the myriad of fun things to do like vintage arcade games, lazy river, hot tubs, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, etc - not to mention the community pools across the way. Enough dining space for all 33 of us. While we'd have appreciated a few more kitchen towels, it was no problem to wash them in the two washers and dryers. We would love to return to this special place.

We had three families get together at the house for an incredible time. The adults loved the hot tubs, gaming tables, and just enjoying some drinks on the deck for incredible sunset views over the lake. We also had kids with us ranging from 1 year old to 5 years old and they absolutely loved it, too. Silver Dollar City was an easy drive away and the rest of the time we had a blast at the house. The pool setup on the lower level is truly unique and where we spent most of our time with the kids. The location is great. Parking is super easy. The bedroom setup also worked great with bathrooms attached to every room. The house was impressively equipped with everything in the kitchen you could want to prepare your own meals including plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, multiple stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, etc. to handle the group if you were using all the rooms. Our only issue was that the lazy river's heater wasn't running and it took a couple days to get someone out to turn it on, which made it hard to use that feature. I get that it is tough to get pool people out on short notice but we were a bit bummed the kids weren't able to take advantage of it. Other than that, the stay was pretty much flawless and communication with the team running the house was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for a team building retreat. We enjoyed the accommodations and all of the extras! Communication with the property owner was very easy and they took great care of our needs! If you have a large group, you will love this property. It has something for everyone! Highly recommend.

Wonderful and beautiful

We were looking for a place for a large school group and happened to stumble onto Splash Mountain Mansion south of Kimberling City. The photos looked amazing and we booked it! Upon arrival we found an very clean house with everything the way we were expecting. Check-in was very easy and we were in the house basically right at our arrival time. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were appointed nicely. The back deck was where we spent most of our time. The views overlooking Table Rock Lake were AMAZING! Go out and watch the sun set over the lake, it is so peaceful. The 2 hot tubs were a nice addition to the lower level indoor pool and lazy river area. The outdoor pool area with the arcade room is fun for everyone. Seriously, we had an amazing time here and would book again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful scenery from the deck, and beds are very comfortable. Great place for families

This place is picture perfect!! Everything you could possible need this place has!! From the comfy beds to the relaxing lazy river and huge kitchen big enough for the entire group!! Book it!!

Our leadership team stayed here for our annual team retreat. Everyone was so impressed by how perfect it was. It had everything we needed and more! The views are gorgeous. The hosts are SO easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back!
