I have nothing bad to say about Renato and his apartment. Everything was so nicely presented. The service provided made me and my friends feel so welcomed. The apartments were clean and very modern the beds were comfortable and there was AC. There was a cleaning service offered and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect right next to shops and the beach. Me and my friends came for a festival and our time was made so much better with this apartment. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect place right at the heart of novalja, with walking distance from downtown and beach.
The biggest advantage is that the compound is located in a private and quiet area, so a good night sleep is guaranteed ((:
Not to mention the exceptional welcoming by Renato, who thoroughly explained us about the island and helped us get the best stay we can have!

Nice , clean, comfortable , equipments, large parking and good location. Receptionist was kind , helpfull and always be there when we needed help and also professional to give us all informations that we need for discovering this island.

In one word: EVERYTHING!!! Renato is the best host we've ever met ♡ He's kind, helpful, available at any time, and gave us lots of gifts :) The apartment is super, comfortable, has everything you need. We have already booked for August ;)

The apartment is super modern and it has everything you need. Upon arrival we found everything clean and tidy, the bathroom is especially beautiful - also the balcony offers a great view of Novalja. We got there at 11PM but Renato the host still welcomed us with a quick rundown of the city and suggested places to visit, and was always available for any further questions.

Renato is an awesome guy! He welcomed us with a drink and we talked. Then he gave us some advice from the whole island.
Then we entered the apartment. Ours was a 1 Bedroom Apartment with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Very beautiful and clean!
In case of emergency we could text him all the time and he answered immediately.

The best apartment I have had so far. Modern furniture, cozy bed, amazing bathroom, well equipped kitchen, perfectly clean and located in city centre. Host is always available, very friendly, helpful and ready to give all kind of recommendations. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a luxury apartment.

Nice location, nearby the centre but still quiet. Parking space available. Clean Apartment, good facilities and nice view from the terrace. We arrived at midnight, which was no problem for Renato. He even left us some snacks and drinks and gave us tips for beaches on Pag.

The host Renato was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. He explained where everything was on a map and means of transport. The room was very modern, clean and smelt great! Only a 5min walk into Novalja to the shops and restaurants and a 10min taxi to Zecre beach.

New modern apartment with a nice view from the terrace. Everything looks exactly like the picture. The apartment was super clean and fully equipped (towels, cloths, sponge and dishwasher tablets), I think it was the cleanest apartment we have stayed in.
The owner was very helpful and took our questions bravely. He gave us a lot of tips about Novalaja and PAG island. Renato is always there to help. There is no problem with the later check-in, we were 1 day late but Renato waited for us and gave us the keys.
The location is perfect, close to shops, waterfront, restaurants, but also far away from "city sound". The apartments have private sun-covered parking at the rear of the building.

Very nice location and very nice and clean apartment. Renato was very helpful and gave us many tips where to go for swimm and enjoy nice beaches. We higly recomend Apartment Tomislav for summer holiday in Croatia!
Everything was great! Novalja is mostly for young peple, but there are also very nice places for couples and family with children.
