This house is junk house . Green mold in the refrigerator. Smell like mold in whole house. Please send verbo representative and check them out . We stay only for 15 min. I came to Jackson because of the our religious convention. I stay with someone else . Bed is broken . Refrigerator is broken box. It is Garbage.

The location was near several college and school baseball fields, which made traveling fast and easy….and is always my number 1 priority. Cute restaurants, and a grocery market is within walking distance from the home. The property manager handled issues quickly and responded in a timely manner. The home is old but has everything you need for a comfortable, convenient stay.

My husband and I drove five hours to the location. Pulled up email from vbro we received a few days before our trip and in the “Arrival information The host hasn't provided arrival information yet. For the most up-to-date info, contact the property manager directly.” So we call the number listed to be told we had the wrong number. Chatted with VBRO and was told I needed to call VBRO and see if they could contact the host. While chatting with VBRO I sent the host a message and she never responded. 40 minutes later VBRO said they would issue a refund. I’ve received my refund for booking the property but not for the VBRO fees so I have to do another call to get that credit. Extremely frustrating when this property was booked a month in advance and had to go find a last minute hotel three hours before our event started.

The house was very cute, quiet and comfortable. Jessica was great and responded quickly.

This stay was amazing. The host was very responsive and the house was nice and in a good location. There was a little dust on the floors but that was an easy fix.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Everything that you need is within walking distance of you don’t feel like driving. The property was very clean and just as described in the listing. Jessica responded very quickly when I sent her a message. We would definitely stay again.

When we checked in the cottage was not clean. There was food in the fridge from the previous guests. The fridge had not been cleaned. I had to buy flip flops to shower because it was peeling and had not been cleaned. The rug in the sunroom was stained. The beds were on cinder blocks which I realized after hitting my foot on them. The beds did not have flat sheets only the fitted and comforter. It was located close to where we needed to be but that’s it. It has the potential of being a great place it just needs to be maintained better.

The home was quaint, clean and perfectly close located in the Fondren. Jessica is an amazing property manager, and attended to all of my needs and request.
