Place was nice and plenty of sleeping room for the 10 of us. The location was great and the beach was so nice.

The home was right on the beach with easy access. Home is somewhat dated and needs some updating but did it's purpose. The home is huge and able to accommodate many people. Overall very good location.

We stayed at Sandi Lou for a girls beach weekend. We loved the access to the beach and the set up of the house was great for a group our size. I will say, either the house needed some love or the listing wasn't 100% accurate as we encountered water spots along the ceiling, cabinets close to falling off their hinges, the freezer door not opening at all, and some of the outside doors not opening either. I let the property manager know through VRBO app (as I couldn't find a way to message in the Vacasa app) but never heard back. In fact, I had reached out to them the day prior with a question and never heard back about that either. Long story short, we had a wonderful time during our stay but communication with property manager was lacking.

Sunrise and view of dolphins swimming by from porch rockers were just what us Notherners needed in February. Home was clean and well stocked for 5 adults. Plenty of beds in upstairs open space, although we only needed the main living bedrooms for our group. Easy walk to pier and Center St but far enough away to be relaxing.

The house and lot was great with a floor plan that accommodated a crowd. Slept 12 comfortably and the open great room on the main floor allowed for everyone to interact with each other from the kitchen to the back porch overlooking the beach. The views were incredible! The house was clean and turnkey. All we had to do was show up! Thank you for a great weekend.

The place was ckean and perfect location. On the beach bit walking distance to town. We will be back!

Sandi Lou is just perfect! The layout is great for family - especially for teens / twenties kids with the beds and bathroom upstairs. This was our second time renting and with family living on Johns Island we plan to return to Sandi Lou again and again!

All the amenities you could ask for. Practically smack dab in the middle of Folly beach, equidistant from light house to the east and park to the west. Upstairs room is great for the kids to hang out and sleep, with 6 beds.

The house is in need of updating inside with fresh paint and some repairs. Overall a nice house with great access to the beach. The inside is getting a bit rundown.

The property was very clean and had evverything you coud need for a vacation with family. The third bathroom that is upstairs in the bunk room is very tiny (at least for us adults). The shower was definitely made for smaller (shorter) people. It wasnt a big issue for us--but the only thing that wasnt what I expected from the listing. More than enough dishes/pots/pans/silverware. Everything worked wonderfully. Screens on front door and back porch could use some love--but over all this was an awesome house!

Only one key provided for a 4 bedroom place. Property needs some care with painting, deck boards, screens on deck torn, kitchen cabinet doors are loose.Shower curtain in second floor bathroom has mildew.

We enjoyed everything! It was very very nice! It just was hard from having a lot of people coming in from out of town that we could not get answers about the house until day of. I emailed asking about beach towels and beach chairs and no answer. We also were wondering about early checknin but couldn't get an answer till day of. Other then that it was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandy Lou! The place was just as pictured and was well equipped with plenty of kitchen items, towels, blankets, etc. We loved the floor plan and the fact that there were two bedrooms facing the ocean so that both my husband and I and our friends could sleep to the sound of those beautiful ocean waves. The beach was one of the cleanest we’ve ever been on and we could walk it for miles. We walked to town several times for shopping, eating or for just a drink. The management was very responsive to any questions we had. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great experience!

Wonderful location with private access to the beach. Just far enough away from the pier to have a quiet beach in front of us. Stayed with our 5 children and didn't even need to use the one bedroom. Place was clean, kitchen well furnished. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Close to the main strip area where all the restaurants are and beautiful beach view.

When we arrived there was some grit on the kitchen counters and a single dirty coffee cup. I called Vacasa and they came and cleaned the entire house till it was immaculate. I am impressed !

Overall for the price at ocean front this home was good for our families. The loft up stairs provided plenty of beds for all the kids and cousins to sleep, play, rest, and provided more peace downstairs and less disruption to the downstairs bedrooms with little kids napping all the time. There was a little sway to the house if you were sitting on a potty or sleeping in bed when folks moved around. I do not recall experiencing this on other elevated homes we have stayed in previously. All noted it at the end of the week. Kitchen was well outfitted with utensils and new appliances. Lots of deck space and partially screened. For the price, loft, and location, we would definitely come back here with all the fam sometime.

Overall Sandi Lou is a perfect place for celebrating with a large group of people. The beds are comfortable and the decor is beachy. The outside space is basic but plenty of chairs on the enclosed porch so it’s a nice area to relax and view the ocean. There are no beach towels or beach chairs so plan around that. Easy walk into town and there is a lot to do there. We had an excellent 4 days on Folly Beach.

This is a wonderful house for a large group or family. It has 4 bedrooms on the main floor with a kitchen dining area living room and two bathrooms. On one side of the living area ate two bedrooms with a jack and Jill type bathroom and two bedrooms with a bathroom on the other side. The top floor is a big bedroom with multiple beds and a full bath. It is direct oceanfront with a beautiful beach. Bring pot holders for the oven because there aren’t any. It was a great stay!

The entire house was perfect for us. All had their own bed, sheets, towels, wash cloths, and very comfortable beds. The back porch was great for sitting around talking and listening to the ocean. The closeness to the beach was really good also. Just a great place to stay and I recommend it to anyone and will keep it on my files for future use.

Overall this house is absolutely wonderful. Perfect for my large family to spend a week together.
