We rented this house for 8 of us to stay together for a charity ride. The owner had great contact with us the entire time and the house was extremely clean and a perfect location for everything on the Hampton Beach strip

Some girl friends and I decided to have a weekend away and this is the perfect location! Cafe 2 minutes away, the quieter side of Hampton beach straight across from P Street, so many bedrooms, and a great deck. We may make this an annual trip since we had so much fun. Communication with Jason was always quick and helpful. Thank you so much!

We had some special circumstances with me about to give birth but also trying to plan my best friend’s bachelorette. Jason was incredibly understanding and was very easy to communicate with. He always got back to me quickly when I had questions, and when my baby arrived unexpectedly early before the bachelorette! The girls still had such a great time here.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us. It was very comfortable for our group of 10 and the location is excellent. The property owner was very quick to answer the few questions we had. Looking forward to coming back!

This property was in the perfect location. Was lots of space inside for all. There however is not enough parking to accommodate 12 people staying there. Also could use a couple little fixes.

Online listing specifically said air conditioning on the first and second floors. We did not bring our fans because of this, the fans provided were not good. Very hot on the hot days, quite uncomfortable. Hope some compensation is coming my way because of this huge discrepancy. Great location, big enough for 8 people, deck was a plus

My third year renting this property (front and back house). Love the house and location. Everything went smoothly and Jason was very available and responsive. We had a fun and relaxing week!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We've been at Hampton Beach before but never rented a house there. This meant that we were on a different side of the boardwalk than we were used to. It was great exploring new areas and be a short walk to the beach and the action of the boardwalk. Parking is a bit of a challenge with larger cars but we made it work with 2 vehicles. The house was clean but has definitely been lived in. Could use some minor cosmetic work but nothing that got in the way of our fun or comfort. Would consider renting here again for sure.

The owner was extremely responsive to all questions/concerns. Place was not well cleaned. There is no a/c for the main level. Bedroom rugs need a good cleaning (should actually be replaced). The refrigerator was dirty and had to be cleaned prior to use. The fridge door only had one usable shelf as the rest were broken and had no bar going across. Make sure you bring toilet paper, disinfectant, garbage bags, and paper towels as not enough is provided to last more than two days. You also need to bring your own blankets as well as sheets and towels. Place was close to the beach, mini golf and some restaurants. Parking is tight and the driveway is not very wide making any maneuvering of cars difficult. Place was not worth the price we paid. Would not book this house again.

A nice layout and plenty of room to have space if needed, while still being comfortable for spending time together.

There was lots of space and plenty of beds/couches for all 10 of us to stay on. The location and neighborhood were nice. There was good communication with the property manager as well. As stated in the description, you will need to bring your own towels and linens.

We stayed for my bachelorette weekend and the house was so cute! It's outside of the busy part of the strip but within walking distance of the beach and everything else we did while here. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Always a great experience; its what keeps us going back. It was our second time renting from Kara & Jay @ Luna Blue. Check in was easy and the upgrades were noticed immediately it's nice to see they care about their properties. We will be back for sure. The RI House Wives. 😀👍

This house has an awesome deck to sit outside and enjoy the views. Short walk to connivence store, great place to grab breakfast and tacos for lunch. House is stocked with everything we needed to cook. Having a/c was great!! Plenty of Sleeping room too!

This was our second stay at this same property. With 4 bedrooms, it handles our larger family well. 2 bathrooms (with tubs) makes getting ready in the morning/cleaning up after the beach pretty quick, and its location is fantastic! Close enough to walk to the beach and the shops, but far enough away (on a one-way street) to be relatively quiet. Easy access to Salisbury, MA beach as well, since this is on the southern end of Hampton.

Great location and plenty of room for my family. Jason and Kara were very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back next year!

My experience with this stay was great from start to finish. The booking was simple and they helped to make sure I was in the right home (my cousins were in the house next door and I wanted to make sure we were next to them.) My family and I arrived at different times and Jason & Kara were supper communicative with the different arrival times- they remained very friendly and easy to reach the entire time. The house was very clean, big, open, the rooms were comfortable and we were walking distance to everywhere you'd want to be. I can't wait to stay again. Thank you, Jason & Kara for a great holiday!!

A group of friends and I stayed for the seafood fest weekend. The house was a perfect layout to accommodate us and a great walking location to all of the attractions. Very clean and the owners where super helpful and quick to respond to questions. We hope to book the house again for next year!!
