The hotel was beyond any human being standards. From the staff to the rooms. The front desk associate is not welcoming at all. A very angry African American woman, who barely wants to do her job or answer any questions. After check in she handed me my keys and said next, i had no idea of which way to go to get to my room. I had to ask her which way to my room, when that should be explained during the checkin process. The bartender was very un attentive, and dress in a black hoodie with graffiti and a AirPod in his ear; for sure didn’t look like he belonged at all but work. He disappeared quite a few times as me and other guest were looking to be serviced. You would think your associates would be dressed in some type of uniform. After 8pm there isn’t any management on board to assist with any issues. EVERYTIME i addressed an issue i was told to wait until management is there in the morning. I booked a 1 King Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed Non Smoking and was given the filthiest handicap accessible double bed room. Stains on the walls, urine in the toilet, lip stains on the glasses and something sticky in the foyer. The bed was very low and hard, which may be because of the handicap accessible room, but i will assure you it was not a good nights sleep. There is no way for you to take a shower without wetting up the entire bathroom floor. For this to be a Marriott property i was completely disappointed. Do better! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Non-refundable is B.S Purchased the insurance just in case I couldn’t make the trip because my father was in bad health. Once I learned I wasn’t going to be able to make it, I tried for a refund since I had purchased the insurance and then I’m told I purchased a non-refundable room. Straight B.S.

Power went out in my house after a storm so I needed a place to stay for the night. This was the closest to my house and best priced. This place is very clean, nice lobby/bar/dining area. Rooms were super clean and spacious. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars, the pillows were awful. I used all 4 and couldn't get comfortable, was up every hour. The bed itself was just ok. I recommend you bring your own pillows. Overall, great property, staff was great👍

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel was full, lots of families with kids, was worried we’d hear a lot of noise but it was surprisingly quiet, clean & comfortable.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. 3rd time staying here. The front desk is always nice. The rooms are spacious. But this last time was disappointing. I did not have any soap in the bathroom or tissues. I feel like they didn't try their best this time around. Usually this place is 5/5. But this last time I stayed there, the quality was lacking. Especially in the room. I will definitely give them a decent score, but I hope next time will be better.

Our room face the main highway, there is no sound barrier, every single cars or trucks drove by we can heard all night long, seems we are slept outside next to a highway. Although is a brand new building l will not recommend it

The property was clean. Check-in was ok…I think that the front desk clerk was overwhelmed as there was some sort of convention going on in the area so the hotel was booked solid. They should have had another person to assist her knowing that they were full.
The thing that really upset me was that we had to pay $10 to park in the Courtyard’s parking lot. We were unaware of this extra charge and felt it was unfair. We were not asked for any information about our vehicle to confirm. We were not given any sort of parking tag to place in our vehicle. It is not a gated parking lot to protect the vehicles, it’s not a parking garage, just a regular parking lot outside of the hotel so I’m still confused about having to pay to park.

Very hard to get to location-wise. You have to pay for daily parking. The staff was friendly and nice. But, will not be booking a reservation there again. Everything is an extra amenity change. I;ve been a Marriott customer for years, with no issues except now.

I really would love to have a bath tub with a shower! I could hear traffic on the major highway that is right next to it. The bed was a little too firm. It was clean and it was also prettier than some others I have stayed in! The little restaurant was only open in the morning but not past lunch! It was a weekend where other more people would be there on vacation or on their way to vacation. I hope that in the warmer months they step their game up! No cups for the coffee machine and very little condiments for coffee. But the staff was very nice! I may try again but not my first choice!!!

They should give each guest a pair of earplugs. The hotel is right next to the New Jersey Turnpike and the noise is unbelievable.

Even though I paid the extra $22 per day for breakfast they were not prepared for it. I understand they are newly opened (4-6 months) but if they are offering it then it should be available. I also didn’t like it having to walk through the cloud of smoke as I walk in due to a group of smokers standing by the front door 😡
