The property was very modern and well kept. The rooms were very clean and new, however quite small. The pool was nice and the loungers were comfortable. The staff were very friendly but would perhaps benefit from some hospitality training.

We are a couple and normally not the type to complain or write lenghty reviews, however we feel given the price we paid for the hotel we should give feedback so that other people who are booking are aware. This hotel unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The check in process was very long winded and the staff member seemed inexperienced. After finally going through the check in process, a very nice man brought us and our bags to our room. He tried the key card for our room several times and it did not work. He then went to reception to get a new one and when he finally opened the door to our room someone else was already in there and in bed. We were then brought to our correct room, which was the same room number but two floors below. This was obviously quite upsetting and embarrassing to walk in on somebody in their room. For transperancy, it is also worth mentioning that they require a 3,000 THB deposit in cash upon checking in. Whilst this did not bother us, it would have been nice to know that it was required prior to our arrival. In our room, the TV was not working however to be fair they did quite promptly come to fix it when we called. The jacuzzi bath had quite a bad smell when turned on which was very similar to rotten eggs. There are a lot of reviews on this hotel about the construction. We fortunately had a room in the middle part of the hotel facing the pool, so we did not mind the construction and it could not be heard when we closed our door. However it is a point to note as it was ongoing for the entire length of our stay and it could be heard at the pool. One thing to note is that during our stay, guests were out on balconies partying and talking until 2am which was very loud. Whilst again, this was not a big issue for us, it is worth mentioning as we saw a lot of people here with young kids and it could be quite disruptive.

The bed was comfortable, de design is new and nice. The staff on the second day was helpfull and they tried to help.

The hotel is not finished! there is a huge construction site and half of the rooms face directly the construction. it starts early in the morning and goes at least till 7 oder even later. Also there is often noise from other balconys or from the pool area (morning kids, night drinking people). Also it is very very far away from everything. The shuttle was full, when we wanted to use it. On arrival around 16:15 we didn't receive something to drink. We were just told to sit somewhere an wait. We waited for 30Min until we pushed to get feedback. The room was not ready. Without any proper excusion. Overall during these days I would rate this hotel max. a 3 star hotel. There is also no minibar and the deposit needs to be in cash, because they have not yet a partner-bank (or at least that's the reason they gave us). Other customers complained about extensive mold in their room. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

- Bad room design. Non sensical. - Lack of proper cleaning - Location is a serious problem. Cannot get anything nearby - Shuttle service to nearby locations is still a mess. Especially the boat avenue shuttle. How do you expect guests who are on vacation to plan their day in advance and give fixed timings for to and fro? - Highly Overrated.

بعيد عن اغلب الفعاليات التي تقام في بوكيت الفندق فقط ممتاز ليومين او بحد أقصى ثلاثة أيام فقط الاستكنان لأنه بعيد عن المطاعم العربية ووسط المدينه والفعاليات. The hotel fare away from the city center and the Phuket activities Recommended to stay for 2 to 3 days no more than that.

The hotel itself was clean and newly built, which we appreciated. The rooms were spotless, and the modern design created a pleasant atmosphere.

The stay was overshadowed by extremely loud construction directly across from the hotel, starting at 7 a.m. and lasting until 6 p.m. This made it impossible to rest or enjoy the balcony we paid extra for. Additionally, some staff members were unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns, which added to our frustration.

Пока отель новый, конечно, он прекрасен! Все новое и чистое. Надеюсь, все останется в таком же состоянии спустя и года. Но это зависит только от работы персонала и уборки. Отель конечно потрясающий, завтраки на высшем уровне, персонал на высшем уровне, уборка на высшем уровне. Посуды, сковородок, кастрюль не пожалели!! У меня дома кухонной утвари меньше! Ну вы даёте!!!! 😀👍🏽Молодцы))) Правда! Создатель отеля молодец! Цена явно занижена, проживание в таком отеле стоит дороже, сейчас сезон, но людей маловато, наверное отель новый и мало кто о нем знает. Но я уверена, когда собирется своя аудитория, цены здесь будут в два раза выше, это 100%! Главное чтобы сервис и качество остались такие же.

Во время открытия двери ручка в санузле бьётся о стену плитки. Было бы неплохо поставить ограничители, иначе дверь быстро придёт в негодность, а плитка затрётся. Но это лишь замечание дизайнеру, который тут работал.

The facility was beautiful. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. The property itself is still being built so everything is very new. The staff was very nice. The shuttle to Boat Avenue and the beach were great especially since this hotel is not in a walkable area.

The hotel is very remote. It is not walkable whatsoever. The street outside of the hotel doesn’t leave space for pedestrians and it is an extremely windy road. When we arrived at night to check in during the ride there we were wondering where in the world the hotel was because the path was extremely windy and away from any walkable areas. It would be nice and quiet if construction wasn’t still taking place. It can be rather loud at times. Additionally, the room was very very tiny.
