I booked the room for a friend, and she was happy with her stay. She didn’t have any complaints. The room served its purpose and bonus points as bus stops close by. Host left toiletries and snacks, which is so thoughtful. The host was really nice, welcoming and kind, letting her keep her luggage until late after checkout.

The owner was in the property at all times. Our driver had to ask to use facilities and because he told us the owner sent a voice note explaining that the driver only wants to watch sport and she only has Netflix we said that will be fine anything to watch is a bonus however the owner was in the area for the driver to watch TV. Also, the driver found it difficult to prepare food. The owner didn't want him to use the oven anywhere the driver went, and the owner followed, making him feel very uncomfortable

Great location for me, free parking space. If needed a petrol station with 10m...Tram stop near by..quieter road..

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to this time. As a germaphobe, I can’t sleep in mess/untidiness but honestly my room was perfect and I loved the incense that she used (and she even gave me one to take). The bathroom was really clean and she even left a face mask for me which I thought was super sweet. Lastly there were cute little snacks (apples and crisps) which I love but I forgot to take it 😭. The host was lovely, really sweet and accommodating, and I felt really comfortable.

Very helpful, even when I struggled with the door access code she was patient with me. Good location for local transport, I was attending an event in Media City so used the Metrolink for transport.

Needed a bin in either the bedroom or bathroom to dispose of litter, otherwise all good.
