It was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and had quality towels, linens and pillows. The only downfall was that there is not any extras such as broom, Hot pads, All purpose cleaner to wipe down counters after cooking, etc. Vacasa itself was very easy to work with.

The condo was clean and in good condition. The community was quiet and peaceful. Overall, a great stay. The only downside was the washer would not run through a full cycle, or fill up with water all the way, so we had to keep switching it to the next phase to finish a load of laundry. But for the 4 nights we stayed, that was not a big issue for us.

First, note that both bathrooms are on the upper level. And stairs are quite steep, which may be challenging for some guests.
Home did not provide any hand towels or wash cloths for the main bathroom. And no place in main bath to hang bath towels before use - the only option is to place on the back of the toilet to grab before exciting the tub/shower, which is a gross place to place a clean towel. And the number of bath towels were minimum (2).
Home did not provide pillow cases for the pull out sofa bed. We had to remove pillows from other beds in order to use the sofa sleeper.
Overall, I would choose to stay elsewhere as towels and linens are basic essentials desired for a stay.

Location was fantastic. Great for a family of four. Keep in mind there is no use of Hawks Cay Amenities.

I was visiting for a conference at Duck Key so the location was excellent. Relaxing at night was difficult because the furniture was uncomfortable and the TV and WiFi were almost non existent. The back porch was nice and the kitchen was well stocked.

Overall condo is nice and good for a short stay (3-4 nites). The location is close to Marathon for stores, restaurants, and activities. The back patio and views are very relaxing. Duck Key is a nice area for walks (no access to canals or ocean though). You can rent bikes for free (hourly) at the Hawks Cay Resort. The bedrooms and bathrooms are tight, with no horizontal shelf or table space to put things. The bathrooms are all upstairs. The stairs are steep for elderly or little kids. The washer is old and did not wash very well (took 2+ hrs for 1 load). The kitchen is good for heating up food and light meals (breakfast) but not equipped for dinner or a real meal.

Checkin was easy, good communication with host. This area is a great place for vacationing families since it is located at Hawks Cay. Condo was clean, and appeared just as photos in listing. Note that both bathrooms are located upstairs.

The home was very clean, with comfortable beds. Good kitchen appliance’s, small and large, and adequate cooking equipment . Perfect size for 2 couples. We rode bikes directly from the villa to the Overseas Highway. Recommend eating at Licks BBQ over the Long Key bridge. Day trip to Key West not only 60 miles. Lots of stores and restaurants in Marathon. Would rent there again.
