The unit is serviceable. Gets plenty of natural light. Has some of the basic amenities like washer/dryer, coffee machine, some folding chairs, and access to the water out back. The water access is somewhat marred by people parking their boats or trying to fish from the access point though. There is some damage to the unit that isn't easily visible or photographed at all in the listing, such as holes in the ceiling by the kitchen. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch twice, and the local office failed to contact us or drop by with some sheets. The wifi is basically useless compared to a cellular data plan as it's slow and constantly asks users to reconnect. No umbrellas being provided for the beach at a location such as this seems like an oversight with so many beaches in the area. Generally a mediocre experience compared to other Vacasa rentals.

Location is great, beautiful outdoors! Great for fishing and watching the sunset. However this is a 2 story unit with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the top story and living room and kitchen on the bottom floor. The ceiling started dripping water then the actual pieces of the ceiling/paint started failing and then turned into actual leaking from the ceiling. The water was all over the kitchen, floor and including our food items. I contacted support and was told to “put bowls out and they would contact local maintenance”. 3 hours later nothing so I called back and was told they could not get ahold the maintenance crew and support would reach back out to me. Here we are 24 hours later and a written email to support and no response. Until the issue is fixed I would not recommend staying here.

The only things I would fix are the couch and lack of WiFi

This condo was very clean and the location was perfect. It lacked a few necessities like a broom and an oven mit, but we will definitely be back

Location is great. Quite neighborhood. Access to water only a few feet from back deck. The house was clean and neat. We would definitely stay again.
