Noisy location, trains, people in alley all evening! No TV or radio! No prior advice to bring a laptop or iPad. No books, cards or board games. For rainy days or cosy evenings.

Very well equipped, comfortable and clean. One of the best kitchens in places we stayed during our trip and the cleanest place too 😀.

I’m a very light sleeper so the seagulls and trains outside weren’t my friend in the mornings (ok overnight).

Comfortable and well presented, great shower. Nice little touches like milk, biscuits and fresh flowers on display

Parking was a slight issue but just short walk away. Views were not good and it was a little noisy at night

What a fantastic place to stay while visiting Hayle. The two floor cottage was extremely comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Equipped with a working kitchen (sharp knives!!!), we felt we were staying in a true home vs a 'hotel'. Great location that was in walking distance to grocery stores, local restaurants and cafes. The SW Coast Path is nearby as well. We experienced no noise despite being close to the train tracks. This is definitely a unit you will want to stay a while.

The place clean, well equipped (kitchen utensils and consumables and shampoo etc) and had a lovely heated downstairs floor. It was easy to get into and just the right size for 2.

A beautiful little cottage that was immaculate, it's fully equipped with everything you would need, right down to the milk in the fridge and chocolate biscuits!
