It was very bad the ac didn’t work downstairs and water was leaking from the ac being broken and full of water. My son fell because the water was everywhere in the hallway and the game room. Really unsafe

The house is big clean and comfortable but it was haunted We when treu so much the gosht in the house was after the children it was terrible

Where to begin! Booking the rental was easy! The property had many issues. I have been booking these rentals for years and this was the first time I came across a property like this one and to top it off nothing was done to correct the issues. The pictures on the online ad were not recent pictures of the property at all. The property was not properly cleaned Furniture was damaged The refrigerator had no handle The property smell was not pleasant at all The carpet was very dirty The paper wall on all the walls were torn None of the inside doors locked (including bathrooms) The main concern was that there were no alarms on the doors that led to the pool and doors did not lock either.(very hazardous with toddlers) when I called about those main doors not locking the pero son I talked to was very rude, sarcastic, and very unprofessional. He laughed at what I had to say and unfortunately he said he was the host and the owner, which I can’t believe the owner would talk to his guests the way that he did. Jason(owner/host) said there was nothing that he could do to help with the situation but that he would call around to see if someone could fix the locks on those doors. This is definitely not a 5star rental property or anywhere close. Very important to read the reviews before booking!!

Cons *Check in info not provided till day of, even though VRBO stated we would receive them 3 days before check in. Did not reply to messages sent through VRBO, only phone calls. *Check in instructions not complete. Did not provide address on where to go to get gate information/code. *Sliding glass back door does not lock, so house not secure. *Blinds on main bathroom door leading to patio broken so no privacy when using the toilet. *Wallpaper peeled off in sections. *Remotes for some of the tvs missing. Pros *Provided clean towels and sheets. *House was clean but does show a lot of wear and tear. *Pool was nice. *Neighborhood conveniently located to lots of attractions. *Plenty of room for large groups and you don’t feel overcrowded.

Location was great, no check in instructions, had to call. sleeps 15, only 8 towels until someone showed up with a bag from target. One roll of tp per bathroom, for 15 people for 3 nights, and owner confirmed this! NOT secure, bad door to pool, deadbolt broke, blinds broke, no tea towels or dishcloths to do dishes, broken smoke detector upstairs, peeled and torn wallpaper, hot tub switch broke so could not use. trash on ground out front. was not cleaned, dirty floors. i could go on...... if not the fact that we used it just to sleep as were gone all day, i would have canceled. kids loved the pool and game room, but only 8 forks, and very little kitchen supplies, would not rent again and owner was aware of all and didnt care. very disappointed as we planned this trip for 2 years, spent more time running to Target for supplies that should have been provided, 2 tablets for dishwasher and 2 garbage bags...... we own rentals and always keep them well stocked, not a hard thing to do......

The good, the location was great close to shopping and attractions. Neighborhood was nice and seemed safe. The home was large with plenty of room for our guests. The bad, the home was dirty we found trash (food ect) clothing and towels from previous guests, the kitchen had a film of grease/dirt on the appliances and lights. The ceiling had multiple broken lights hanging from the ceiling, the railings on the 2nd floor had multiple loose or broken pieces. The wall paper was sherdded and falling off the walls (ALOT) the BIGGEST issue we had was the back sliding door would not lock or even close properly so we were unable to secure the home at night or when we left. I messaged the host multiple times with no reply (I still have unanswered messages) they did answer the phone when I called and did send someone to repair the sliding door lock. The answer I was given for how dirty the home was that they had back to Back rentals and can’t always get everything clean... to me this is unacceptable. We travel quite frequently with a large group and stay in vacation rentals multiple times of year. We understand a little bit of wear and tear stained carpet ect, but this home was by far the worst.

To say we arrived and were disappointed would be a complete understatement. The house was definitely not maintained to the standard it appears in photos and cleanliness was not a priority. Within 10 minutes of arrival I knew I could not possibly stay there to enjoy my family vacation. The kids were excited to swim right away and the pool was freezing and dirty. I clearly asked the host before arrival to have pool heat. From the beginning I felt uneasy about this rental. There was no email sent regarding check in instructions or directions to get to the house. I’ve rented through vrbo many times before and always had clear contact. Once we arrived I had to call the hosr and he told me I should have received an email with check in info, I didn’t. He verbally gave me the code for the door, nothing about getting in through the gate. As soon as we entered the house, the musty smell was not a welcome we wanted. The linens on the bed were very dingy and stained. There was only a thin towel or two rolled on each bed. Not a face cloth or hand towel to be seen. There was a pillow with mould in one of the closets. Wall paper was ripped off the walls, light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, vents covered in dust and dirt. Fridge handle missing on freezer drawer, dirty mats by the showers, and then the breaking point was the pool. I could go on, but I think I’ve made my point. The host was hesitant at first to give me any refund, but gave a partial one. I’m still not happy.
