Everything was great except the water pressure, which was pretty much nonexistent! Also, one of the Master Bathroom showers drained into the middle of the bathroom! Nice pool, but very small! Excellent views of the bay being high up on the mountain! We rented a car, but parking was always at a premium and you could have gotten buy with just taking taxis!The house had everything we needed and was in very good condition !

The house was perfect for our two families. Nice, clean, location was perfect for getting to town and restaurants, and great sitting areas whether inside or by the pool. The service was top notch with Megan and Dan! They were right there with anything we needed!

What an absolutely amazing vacation thanks to Megan and dan and the beautiful property we stayed at in Cruz bay 4/13/24 - 4/20/24. We traveled with 3 families (6 adults and two children ages 7 & 2). From the moment we booked, Megan was so attentive and helpful planning the perfect vacation. The property: brand new villa in Cruz bay (bonvi villa - salty alibi). The villa has 5 bedroom, 3 with king beds, and each with their own private entrance and bathroom (one with outdoor shower which I loved). The other two rooms are great for kids with one having a queen bed and the other a bunk. The Villa is 1-2 min drive to Cruz bay and 15ish min drive to trunk bay and maybe 18 min to cinnamon bay(our favorite). Also a 3 min drive to the main market(star market). The Villa comes with washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack as much as you think ☺️. Very modern and situated to catch amazing sunsets daily sitting poolside. (Outdoor TV was nice sitting poolside watching the last round of the masters too. Megan and dan: Not sure google will give me enough characters to write all the good things we have to say about them but we will find out. Megan is so knowledgeable about the island and every recommendation she had was a home run! Starting with private boat charter on Monday, private chef on Tuesday, massages Wednesday and dinner reservations in town Thursday. Megan was always available via text the entire week and would respond within minutes always ready to assist! Thank you!

Brand New Property which worked perfectly for our group of 9. Pool was awesome. Access to bedrooms was from outside (secured) which was nice because bedrooms were shielded from noise in main house. Other than a few “new house” glitches and lack of window coverings (tough to sleep in), this was a great property. If the walk was flat, it would definitely be doable to CruzBay, but there is a very steep hill that would make walking difficult. Taxis were easy to get.
