Full family sized house in good location adjacent to a family Xmas party. Would book again because of this.

Slight septic odour from near carport, driveway area. Can accommodate 7 persons. Just requires more than 4 dining chairs. Some timber decking sections require attention/maintenance.

Calming surrounds and views of the coast

Such a beautiful location with views and great use of big spaces.

Maybe greater water pressure in the showers. But that was it. Showers were warm, which is fantastic.

Great location and outlook. Very good value for money. Plenty of space over three levels of living area, and unexpected inclusions. Amazing views to the Gold Coast.

The property is in need of some upkeep and presents hazards such as exposed nails on decks for young children. Cleanliness was a bit disappointing with dust bunnies on skirting boards, in cupboards, and grease in kitchen appliances.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable

It is partly renovated, partly needing attention. There were holes in the wall, handles coming off cupboards, flooring was lifting, gardens were overgrown, and grass was a meter high in the back yard.

Olivia is a superb host. We LOVED the place. The interior design is amazing and felt cozy and homy.

The only thing that they can improve on is the water pressure. We struggled with the water pressure, so could not utilise 2 showers at the same time. But overall, the place is amazing and had everything we needed.

The view was stunning. The name of the house does it justice. The products provided, kitchen facilities and crockery were of good quality. You can see the thought that went into providing for the guests. You only need to bring change of clothes, everything else is provided for. The owner was quick to respond to all my questions through the message app on booking.com. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Upon first entry, the property is well presented and clean. There are a few places missed that you can see time caught up on the cleaner. Our car is quite low, and we struggled sometimes going in and out of the driveway.

It’s a beautiful well appointed property. Great location and nicely decorated. Very peaceful.

Unfortunately it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Stove top and oven were quite dirty. Coffee machine not cleaned and still had used coffee pods in it. Finger prints visible over everything in kitchen. Fridge not wiped out. Also there was no kitchen cloth or sponge to wash dishes or wipe down benches. Was only a dirty T towel hanging on oven. Luckily we found a clean one in the top of a cupboard. Very dirty under bed - lots of fluff & dirt - needed a good vacuum.
