We rented this property for mi in laws and us (6 total). They had their own bedroom/bath/kitchenette, which connected to a living room, full kitchen with a sofa pull out bed. Our bedroom had a king size bed and huge bathroom. If you want to ski, I would suggest driving to Heavenly Village/gondola. The walk is a little too far but there’s all day parking behind Raley’s for $20. Riva Grill was amazing for Thanksgiving Dinner. The staff was very friendly. I suggest bringing your own coffee and filters-I needed filters and they sent some right away!

Property well maintained and staffed. Individual furniture in suite older and worn. Unfortunately, due to poor air quality we were inside more than plaanned.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Lake Tahoe. Condo is centrally located and adjacent to the primary marina in South Tahoe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and/or short ride away. Resort restaurant was a great option as well. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and nice!

Pro's: Location is pretty good. Walking distance to lake, short drive to everything else.
Condo was clean & convenient.
Con's: This is a Hilton timeshare, so be prepared for the "Timeshare sell" after check-in.
The VRBO listing price says "fees are included". Does not include "resort fees" you will be charged on check in.
I specifically chose the VRBO listing for this resort (out of several for the same resort) that included a king & 2 queens for the adult group I was travelling with, but on check in we were given a room with a king, 1 queen & pull out sofa. When I inquired with both the resort guest services & VRBO, I was essentially told "sorry about your luck".
The unit was clean, but somewhat worn & dated. There is no laundry in the unit. It's shared in the hall. The extra security lock on the suite was missing.
There is off site parking across the street for non-owners. I'm not sure why they give you a gate code because it was essentially open?

Hi we were disappointed regarding how the management was . We had a dysfunctional dishwasher. Called the front desk 4x’s and the issue was not resolved. Also the bed was not clean and had popcorn kernels in it. We talked with manager and their response was that we cannot get credit since we did booking through you. I hope we can get some reimbursement for the Inconvenience we experienced. Thank you

The manager at the reception was very friendly and attentive. We are a group of 6 with little kids and we had the best stay at this property. Rooms were very clean and had everything we need on the kitchen. We wish we could stay longer, it was a very pleasant and happy stay at this resort. Highly recommend.

While overall this was a sufficient place to stay, guests should know it is a time share. It seemed to be clean, staff was nice and friendly, but definitely outdated and ready for a renovation. The room was in fair shape. Parking was a challenge.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, we enjoyed the short walk to restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and the accommodations were wonderful. Super clean!

The condo met our needs well and we appreciated being able to have two adjoining rooms. The pool wasn’t very warm but we spent our time in the hot tub.

My wife and I were very impressed with the location and all of the amenities offered at such a competitive price. We were close to booking a cabin for nearly double the cost and were glad we went with Diamond Resorts in the end

Good for a small family. Ease of use for skiing. Parking is off-site. Check-in was later than we thought. Very limited towels provided - would have liked washcloths and hand towels - only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel were provided. Rooms seemed clean. Kitchen well equipped for cooking a quick breakfast. Fireplace was nice. Would stay again.

This property was perfect for a friends-group getaway for a ski weekend! Great amenities for cooking, hanging out, etc. Restrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

This is our third return trip, we know the property well. Room was very clean, thank you. Really wish they would consider replacing/upgrading some of the furnishings, they are rally showing wear. We enjoyed ourselves, and will consider returning.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The restaurant/bar in the lobby was great. Parking is offsite and a little far to walk to. It wasn’t bad but definitely took some coordination when it came to load up ski boots. A valet option would be a nice perk. The location was great and walking distance to many restaurants and Whole Foods. We will definitely keep this spot on our list when we return.

We stayed for a short weekend for some tubing fun with our toddler. There were plenty of options nearby.
Walking distance to the ski marina area with multiple restaurants within 5-10 min walk.
The room was clean, and it was nice to have a lobby and concierge. While we didn’t take advantage of it, each room can function as it’s own studio with a kitchenette and separate entrance.

Spacious rooms and clean. But the dishwasher rollers were broken and pots and pans need some updating. Parking was a bit of a challenge but they had additional parking across street with a shuttle that ran every 10 minutes. Otherwise great stay. Loved the location.
