We checked into Steve's place for 6 nights in June. We came from Las Vegas and met up with other family from Tennessee to watch our son in law play baseball! The home had everything we needed for our stay, it was clean and comfortable! The pool was nice to have to jump into on those hot days we had during our stay!
Bedrooms were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes! The house seems so much larger than 1600 sq ft.
Everything was super close to us!! The beach was just a few minute ride, there is a grocery store about 1 mile away and other shops!
We will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Most comfortable beds and pillows. Everything we needed was in the house. Outdoor hang out was such a bonus and where we spent most of our time. I cannot thank Steven enough for allowing us to use his home and create the best family vacation. It will now be our tradition.

Our family stayed there for a week. The property was in a good allocation, easy to pop out of the neighborhood, not too far from things. The pool table provides a lot of entertainment with a group. All in it was fine. It wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. It felt outfitted by all things ikea. The couch is shallow and if you aren’t really careful when you sit down, you can hit your head on the painting on the wall. The sheets aren’t a breathable because they are all polyester. When we arrived the cleaning wasn’t up to par in the bathrooms with hair that wasn’t ours. We told the house manager who was very prompt throughout our stay and he offered to discount our next stay. The fence feel down due to a storm while we were there and he quickly had it fixed. We picked this place to house our large group of 8, but a week there is probably too long. If we had been in and out, I probably would have felt differently about the overall rating. There’s nothing wrong with this place, it’s an easy, solid place to stay. My overall rating takes into account all of the things listed, and value - for what we were paying, I expected it to be more comfortable and sparkling clean.

Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean. Not fully renovated, but updated in many areas. Would absolutely come back and stay again, it fit our needs!
