Nothing was a problem for Martin and Stephen - we had the pool cleaned regularly as we have a large family used it a lot. Bends and rooms are very large with ample storage. We liked the location we walked into the town most days. Younger families may be advised to get a car. However Uber and Bolt are easy to get. Its in a great location for golf courses. The pool location has sun on it all day which is great. There are nice verandas for evening meals outside. A charcoal bqq is available. All round good place to go. Could do with an outside shower that way you would not have to clean the pool as many times - sun cream etc... I think you couldthe bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor - but I am being picky. The place for the amount of bedrooms could do with another bathroom on the ground floor I would use the back of the lounge and convert that to an en suite.

Can’t fault this villa and the service provided at all. Both Martin and Steven were great and very kindly left us complimentary drinks upon arrival. The villa was lovely and slept 8 of us and more very comfortably, location is great as it’s only a 10 min drive to the puerto banus strip and 5 min drive to the Aldi which opened on the day we arrived. We will 100% be back when we return to Marbella

Amazing place and fantastic house. Had the best time and couldn’t fault anything. Martin was a great host and went above and beyond for us.

There were 11 of us ladies for a special occasion, the Villa and its facilities were outstanding. It was 5 star and would definitely return in the future. Martin was great, very helpful, reassuring and returned my emails/ texts promptly. Even did a shopping for our late night arrival for all our essentials. Highly Recommend to anyone. No improvements as it exceeded all our expectations.

The pool was warm and the terraces were wonderful for enjoying family meals and spending the evening watching the sun go down. A microwave in the top kitchen and a bin in the basement kitchen would have been great, but it certainly didn't spoil anything.

Outstanding space and outdoor accommodation. Great communal areas and well organised from landing to leaving. Thoroughly enjoyed stay very professional. San Pedro nice location. Information on rubbish removal and external bins. Jacuzzi needs treating daily if a large party are using it. Electric kept tripping
