Good hotel!

Actually our room had a view of Highway 15 and we could hear the traffic all night long.

Nice room comfy bed. I have limited mobility the bathroom had tub with grab bars but had a stool for sitting that was in the back of the shower that was removable but it worked really well was pet friendly which is one of my requirements

Stayed one night...fourth time at a My Place...like the suite concept where you can cook if you want...nice spacious layouts...clean place...can definitely recommend My Place suite hotels.

Excellent!

The hotel was very nice however it was quite noisy. Also our blind didn’t open in our room. Finally we had to obtain clean linens on our own from the front desk everyday. The staff however were amazing!!!

Really well designed and well appointed rooms, very comfortable, nice reclining armchair and well planned kitchen area. Very impressed with this new brand and look forward to staying again. Also excellent laundry facilities.

Quite the surprise! I didn’t look at details when I booked as it was just a one night stay for work. VERY happy to see it had a full sized fridge, stove top, etc. Clean, spacious. I will definitely stay here when I come back for a longer trip

Only small complaint, the elevator is slow. Everything else, especially the staff, is awesome!

Very nice hotel- clean - comfy- roomy. Staff very friendly. Kitchenette was a nice surprize.

We have a service dog and accommodations for her were excellent. A nearby greenbelt was a beautiful way for her to exerciseas well.

It had all we needed and more. Nothing fancy, but it was very comfortable and Heather was very personable and friendly.

The viewpoint of only cleaning the room every day leaves a lot of room for improvement. Was told this corporate decision. Fir clean towels you have to take dirty ones down to exchange. Replacement coffee in room never refilled. I spent 6 consecutive nights in a room and room never cleaned or sheets changed.

This place is great to sleep. Comfortable beds and clean. Has a fridge and microwave.

This hotel is new, I could'n see the building on google maps. The room was clean, and had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. No breakfast, you will need to order it.

The hotel did not have bars of soap in the room or when asked the office said they didn’t have any available. In addition when shower did not have shampoo in the dispensers. When I mentioned it to the front desk, where seemed to act like ok to bad.

New property so we enjoyed everything new and fresh. We had our dog with us on our road trip vacation so for the hotel to be pet friendly was a plus for us. The property had a good size pet area with grass and plenty of wide sidewalks for walking the dog.near the pet area they also had BBQ grills to use and a patio with tables and in the rooms they had full size refrigerator and 2 burner stove with sink so it makes it nice if your staying for a bit. We definitely would stay at the properties again.

The room was clean and had a full size refrigerator, a sink and two burner electric cooktop, it seems more like a place for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and had coffee ready early.

Nice and quiet

The property is newly opened; however, the staff is not well trained. I booked a Queen room with recliner & got the keys around 12 am. There was a man in the room when I opened the door. He had on the deadbolt. I rushed to the elevator since Idaho is an open carry state with no license & no permit required to carry a gun & I did just walk into someone else's room. The woman at reception did not seem as alarmed as me & kept saying the room should have been empty. She eventually booked me into a handicapped room where I stayed until morning. At 8 am I called to speak to the manager. I was told by the man who answered that he didn't know if the manager was in today. I asked when she normally came in. He said 11 am or 12 pm. I asked if the room I booked was vacant. It was but it was not yet cleaned. I packed my luggage & left to meet my family. I called at 12 pm to find out how this would be resolved & gave them permission to move my locked luggage to the new room. My sister joined me the next day & we were told there were no double Queen rooms available. I was later told I could not book a double Queen since I booked via Expedia. The hotel allegedly had a 4 day cleaning schedule but my room was not cleaned from the time I got the second room on Monday until Friday despite me asking at reception how to get onto the cleaning list & being told our room was on the list. We had to ask for toilet paper. We never got hand soap. We checked out a day early. There were other issues too.

All staff were excellent. Heather at the front desk was very nice and accomidating. The rooms were big and comfortable.
