Very dirty room, blood on curtains and back door handle was covered in blood as on floor.

This is the 4th time that I've stayed here. My other visits were always on the first floor. This visit I was on the third floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. The paint on the walls had some cracks and peeling, but overall it was clean. Friendly staff

I had the worst experience at this hotel and will never return. EVERYTHING was out of order, fitness center, pool, ice machines, the ENTIRE laundry room (which I was counting on) and the hotel itself is badly deteriorated The first day of my stay while taking a shower, the water completely shut off just after I put my prescription strength medicated face wash all over my face and conditioner in my hair...no water to rinse not even a trickle I grabbed a towel and made my way dripping wet to phone to ask why no water when she tells me that they are working on something and to not worry because it would only be an hour or so. I was pissed that they didn't notify of this so I could plan accordingly My face was red n burning bad. 2nd day I was sitting on toilet when suddenly I hear the room door opening, no knock, no ”housekeeping!" Nothing! I jumped up lunged towards the door pushed the woman entering out and slammed and locked the deadbolt I'm not sure who she was but it was 2pm...an odd time for housekeeping imo Then later same day left to go get dinner and came back with food but keycard wont open door. Walk all the down to front desk had to wait for employee to check in guest to get new key walk back to room still won't open, room was very end of building and I have to walk back, my food cold at this point. As I listed everything that I had experienced to the guy after he finally opened door for me, he acted annoyed by my complaining. Paid way too much total feel robbed NOOO

Hotel was ok, the area is not great. There was a homeless guy sitting right outside the front door and then he was inside the hotel walking the halls. Pool and gym supposedly out of service. Sign on elevator door said they are short staffed so don’t expect room service. Hotel shares parking with Bowlero, the people hanging out in the parking lots looked very shady. We checked in at 3pm and checked out before 10PM. If this is your only choice rethink it.

Room was hot, air conditioning did not work, hair in the shower. My in laws room smelt very strongly like smoke.

Been here before and this experience was a little less than the other times that I've been here but overall decent experience. Will come again.

Comfortable stay for a family of 4. Beds were comfy and room was decent. Will definitely be staying again

To much noise

After i check out sept.10 2024 at 10am i ask the service desk when can i get my deposit money of $$$ she told me 3 to 5 business days i called them like several times they said 3 to 5 business days but until now I didn’t get my deposit money which is - $$$i called my bank and ask them if received a 100$ from the hotel which is my deposit money my bank said I didn’t get money or no one deposit money from my account , this is soo ridiculous! I never gonna come back at xola hotel anymore !!!

Overall good stay

Check in was stressful from the get go. I am a veteran and brought my service dog and the worker literally argued with me about charges and I stated it’s covered by the ADA and he just said “I just work here and that’s our policy” I said that’s illegal and he went on to proceed to tell me after he wouldn’t charge me so I can talk to the manager about it the next day. Literally checked my bank account and the charges were already pending. The room was not clean, bedding had stains, walls were peeling off, pretty sure there was a blood stain on the curtains. Only reason they aren’t getting a 1 star was because this morning the front desk lady took care of the charges for me

Great overnight stay before heading to our cruise! Super convenient and tight off the freeway.

IIesha was so professional also very helpful. She slso called me once i was settled to make sure everything was ok. Anytime im in that area i will definitely be staying there. If i didnt see iesha at the desk i wouldnt ask a question because the other older caucasion lady was so rude.

Dont go here. Staff is rude at desk. Smelks bad. Floors uneven. Morning breakfast is a joke. When I got there i was told wayer would be shut off for next day for 5 hours. Not a safe area. Wierd men hanging out at night outside

Homeless in side and out side of building

People smoking around the building, people apparently they no customers, some people sleeping in the car inside smells old the drain wast going so slow the elevator doesn't work honestly bad

Property was run down. Pool and elevator out of service. Short of cleaning staff.

Not stay again

Convenient and cheap and cheerful. All I need when I travel for work is a comfortable bed and a good shower with lots of hot water. This hotel is right by the highway which helps with time to the office but not with traffic noise but that really doesn’t bother me. No amenities at the moment as their gym and pool are closed but there is a very good diner across the parking lot. I would stay again as it is half the price of a major chain hotel and just as comfortable.

Great room great amenities but elevators didnt work and we were stuck humping up and down three flights of stairs up to our third floor room...

This property had an Oder, was old (maybe they are working on it) curtain was broken light from outside shined in. Cars were loud. Didn’t sleep whole night.

Elevator did not work. Pool was in horrible condition-the water was green and muddy. Out of service too

Hotel Xola is scam These people are straight thives they took my money and canceled my room

The first room had no tv remote and after 6 different remites, they changed rooms. The first room had roachs and the second room had spiders. Both rooms claimed to be no smoking but the rooms smelled like cigarettes. Will not book here again.

The Rooms are dirty , AC unit wasn’t working , staff is rude . I feel unsafe staying in this hotel . I wouldn't stay here again !
