Property was absolutely perfect for myself and two friends. Extremely clean with plenty of room. Loved using the grill and eating outside in fenced in yard. Will definitely be planning to stay here on a yearly get away!

We loved the set up of this house. The fenced in part was perfect ! Tons of outside seating. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. The room arrangements were perfect. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect. We rented bikes and rode down to get ice cream every evening. It was in a quieter part of Sunset beach-and a really easy walk to the ocean. I would definitely recommend!

The cottage appeared clean when we arrived, but sitting down on the couch, realized it was covered in dog hair and pills of dog hair underneath the table next to the couch. The en-suite shower on the west side in the rear of the house leaked all over the floor whenever it was used. The shared bathroom for the two bedrooms for the two bedrooms without an en suite bath was so small and old very sad. The house is listed to sleep eight yet there was only seating for six at the dining room table with no bar or anywhere else to eat except outside downstairs. The whole structure is in bad condition with paint chipped peeling and dirty around the front door, part of the flashing over the front of the house missing this property really needs to be upgraded. I started my vacation vacuuming the dog hair off the couch. The management did bring over two lint rollers.

We very much enjoyed our stay - loved: location, view from the back door/deck, fenced area, outdoor shower ! Purposeful items , lots of thought put into the place , seemed the owners really care and actively update. 4 stars for check in Only bc a keypad would be easier but really no biggie. Just what the Dr ordered after a very stressful time/sad loss.

The pictures on the posting were very accurate. You can tell the owners are very involved & frequently reinvest in property upgrades. House was a very short walk to the beach. Outstanding rental!!!!!!!

Lovely home on 2nd row, across from a beach access and a short walk to the pier, shops, etc. Clean and updated interior. Traveled with 3 teens and each had their own room and space. The outdoor hose broke the very last day and the owners had it fixed within an hour. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing, family beach getaway!

We spent a week at Aloha and enjoyed every minute! This house is directly across the street from beach access so walk time to get your toes in the sand is less than 5 minutes. The house is somewhat small for 8 people. The living spaces and eating spaces feel pretty tight when 6 adults and 2 kids are all together. The kitchen really needs a few updates (the toaster was really dinky and there’s no garbage disposal) but it had all the basics covered. The biggest plus for us was the location, which if you can’t afford beach front, this is the next best thing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were stunned by the gorgeous view of the canal from the back porch! We spent each evening with a glass of wine watching the fish jump as the sun was setting - stunning!!
The house was great and we were pleasantly surprised to find hand soap, dish soap, a few trash bags and dish washer pods. Much appreciated! The layout of the house was great - living spaces up front with all of the bedrooms to the back. It makes the living space so bright to have windows on three sides. We had a wonderful time and will stay again. Thanks for the great stay!

Mary was responsive to any questions we had during our stay. If back in the area, would definitely consider staying at this property again!
