Great week at 30A. The private beach made all the difference so our group could come and go as they pleased without having to pack up a cart. Beautiful space with nooks and crannies for privacy if needed. Close to everything, but outside of the bustle of Seaside. Property management was VERY prompt and responsive to all our needs.

Beautiful home in the perfect location for our group of 8. Teens had the choice of our private pool or our private beach and when there we had four complimentary chairs and 2 complimentary umbrellas. So all was a perfect beach day! You can walk, ride bike, or drive to wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery etc. Management was also very responsive and sent a nice handyman right over. The home is truly stunning and my view of the beach from my bed was awesome! All ages of our group enjoyed the options here from reading on the screened in porch, swinging on the second floor sunroom, lounging on the deck or enjoying the cold ac.

Great location and perfect private beach access

Overall the house is very nice, and beach is great! Neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but close enough to access other 30 locations easily by car. Very spacious home with lots of sleeping accommodations.

The house had plenty of space for everyone. The family room off the kitchen became a great kids area to play with toys and watch disney in the mornings. We loved the fenced in deck and child fence around the pool to put us at ease that kids could safely play outside. We loved being right on the beach with a beach chair service - it made our beach days really easy to simply walk down the steps with minimal gear. We could bring the younger kids up very easily when it was time for naps. The adults enjoyed the large table on the pool deck and large dining room table for our dinners after kids went to sleep. The house is beautifully built and designed. A first class experience. We had a marvelous time and would love to come back again!
