Had a great weekend in Southport. Marina Watch is a cute little place. We loved the location! We will definitely stay there again!!!

The location of this property is perfect walking distance to town and the restaurants. Loved the bicycles they provided. The inside is beautifully decorated.

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is simply wonderful. And of course it’s in our happy place, Southport.

We loved our stay in this unit, right on the Southport waterfront with beautiful views of the Cape Fear, Bald Head, Oak Island and the marina. The condo itself had everything we needed, with special touches throughout. The property manager also does charters out of the marina and took us out on a sunset cruise. Can’t say enough about the experience. Thank you Captain Ted, we will definitely be back!

Well equipped and very clean condo located in the heart of Southport. Short walks to shopping and restaurants. Great view of the marina and water. Condo was well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The owner is super responsive. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Southport.

Me and my husband spent our anniversary weekend at this condo and we loved it. The unit was clean and the owner was always quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We could walk to town and had a great view of the water!

We had just dropped our oldest at UNCW for his freshman year, so this was the perfect place to take a breather before heading home. The location was perfect, and the studio was exactly what we needed. Loved the addition of the bikes. We could bike and walk to town and great restaurants.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit, and it’s perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable and a great location with a great view. We like to walk and most everything is within walking distance.

This place was absolutely perfect. My fiancé and I could have stayed there forever. Walking (or biking) distance to everything you need in Southport, yet so serene and quiet. A quick drive from the Kure Beach and Bald Head island ferry- it’s the perfect place to stay in Southport at an extraordinarily reasonable price. Our only recommendations would be if you are staying for a while being a hot plate or griddle (fridge and microwave provided) and a bike lock if you are planning on driving the bike to locals and are worried about them. We will definitely be staying again!

NEVER AGAIN!!! We arrived at unit #3, went in, everything looked and smelled clean. Started to unpack but nowhere to put clothes. Then realized only a couple of towels for each of us and two quarter size pieces of soap for 6 days and 5 nights with only one hook in the whole unit to hang wet towels. So called owner to see if we could get a couple more towels and more soap. He said no problem he will have that taken care of. 5 minuets later the cleaning lady called my phone to tell me that was all they ever leave in a unit. I said for 5 nights we would like a couple more towels and soap. She got very angry so we just hung up and called the owner back. He said he would take care of it. He came by, walked in, dropped a hand full of towels and soap on the floor and said here you go. What a way to start a vacation. One day later my wife was out on the balcony and 4 people from the cleaning crew conveniently show up and start an argument over the stupid towels. Saying things like, do you have a staring problem, you think you're something don't you, what you got a problem with all my tattoos. This would have been funny if we were talking to a five year old, but these were grown adults. It almost turned into a brawl in the parking lot. What a vacation! So we once again called the owner and told him we wanted out. This time he was extremely nice and apologetic. He gave us a full refund and again apologized. So we packed up and ended our vacation 4 days early. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We loved this place. It was very relaxing and it’s right near the water. The inside was also nice and clean.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The space was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location. Everything was clean and well decorated. Such a short walk to everything. We would absolutely stay here again! The only small recommendation I would give is having another towel hook in the bathroom- nothing major and certainly not a deal breaker by any means.

Came for grandsons birthday. Enjoying watching the activity on the water. Walking distance to Provisions & Fishy Fishy. A little longer walk to downtown. Condo was great for the two of us. Would recommend leaving instructions to where the overhead light switches are. Only downside-frequent barking of dog upstairs starting at 6:30 am. Barked at all the early walkers.

Great condo with awesome view.

We had a beautiful view of the water and surrounding islands from our deck. The bicycles are a nice addition. We were in walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. This location is very quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for your great hospitality!
