Very nice space, perfect for my needs. Convenient location, too. I’d certainly stay here again.

The place was immaculate and in very nice location. After that, it goes downhill. It was impossibly small for two people. There was a queen sized bed but it was against the wall, meaning one person would have to climb over the other to get out of bed, and it wasn't possible to leave glass or water on any sort of table or shelf on that side. There was only one chair in the room, a hard plastic chair at a small desk, The only window looked out on a brick wall.
This might be a place for one person to stay for a short time if he/she was going to be elsewhere most of the time. But definitely NOT recoommended for a couple.

Great new option for a budget-friendly stay in the Berklee/Northeastern/Fenway area! Completely contact free check in and out, but the process was pretty simple and worked fine. The building is a beautifully renovated row house next to some Berklee buildings. Be sure to “look up”at the staircase in the lobby! However the walls between rooms are thin, as others have mentioned. Nicely sized room and bathroom. The bathroom did have soap and shampoo. The adequately stocked kitchen with fridge was great to have as well and could be a boon for those with longer stays in the area. With several excellent cafes and bakeries nearby, this property is a no brainer for budget-minded travelers who don’t need a lot of extras.

Very beautiful, directly in the heart of the city.. if you plan on staying make sure you find a parking garage within commutable distance. Directly next to Berkeley college so there is a lot of activity during weekend nights. Overall great place to stay!

A beautiful building, very clean . Easy walk to the ballpark . Our friends stayed on the first floor and could hear people outside , and we would have really liked an earlier check in so we could have dropped off our stuff before the 4pm game . But it all worked out .

This was good for a solo traveler. The only issue is the noise. The exterior walls/windows are basically non-existent when I comes to keeping out noise coming in from the street. One early morning, I half expected to open my eyes to find that my bed had been moved to the street in the middle of the night, the noise was so loud and clear. I stay here again just for the location, convenience, and condition not the property.

Walkable distance to restaurants and shops/groceries. Does not have elevator so stairs can be an issue depending how much luggage you have.

So easy and autonomous. Cleaning staff is great. Loved having a mini kitchen. Only downside is no front desk staff, but very responsive online and accommodating.

It was a beautiful historical building that was beautifully restored. Upfront details about the parking situation and a text feature for the required pre sign would be helpful. The confusion will not stop us from booking again as these are simple fixes. Truly amazing architecture!

The room looked even better in person. Grandly scaled fireplace, high ceilings with classical plaster work,and minimal contemporary furniture gave the look and feel of a boutique hotel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but we to use the extra blanket for weight. Loved it.

Great location, easy to follow instructions. Only thing, we had to park at a garage, but there was one close by. And bring soap because our room didn't have any.

Great location for BOCO parents. The property has a great trendy vibe. Units are small but efficient. Happen to talk with owner and was told that they are working on a table for the rooms which would be great. The bathrooms are well laid out but could use a bit of counter space. The common areas are welcoming. And the main staircase is a piece of art on its own. Beautifully developed.

We enjoyed our stay as always with Maverick Properties. Only complaint, wish the room had a chair or bench. Their was no where to sit other than the bed.

We had concert tickets at MGM Fenway, and 28 Fenway was the perfect spot to spend the night. It was super cute, super clean and within walking distance to the park, local bars and restaurants. Beautiful brownstone right in the middle of Berkley School of Music. So there were walking students everywhere and well lit sidewalks, felt really safe even late at night. Parking garage was a 2 min walk and $20 a night. 8 mins to the park. 5 mins to the bar. All around made our mini trip so fun. And make sure you look up when you get to the center of the lobby! Beautiful stained glass ceiling and swooping staircase. Such a cool place. A classic cool old brownstone with new age amenities and modern feel. Online check in/out and robo lock procedures was easy!

Great room for an overnight in Boston. Close walking distance to everything in the Fenway and Back Bay Area. The room was super nice, clean and the bed was amazing! Special thank you to Julia for doing me a solid and holding my luggage while I went out and had lunch and shopped after checkout before my flight left later in the day. Thank you times a million! I’ll definitely be back! Miss you already Boston!!!
