We enjoyed our stay and did a lot but there was so much to do and see that a week wasnt enlugh time. But no co mplaints about things except of the largre crowds but expected during the 4th of July week.

The house is spacious and provided a ton of amenities. We were 5 adults and 9 kids with never feeling like space was an issue. It is beautifully decorated and tucked back into the neighborhood for kids to place sports in the street. Close to Publix, pools and provides bikes to use to get downtown or the beach. Car was rarely needed once we got there!

We rented Coastal Chic for a month to take a break from the cold up north and were very happy with the home and accommodations. The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for our party. The rooms were nicely appointed and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d ever need. The loft area on the second floor was very nice for a few of us who worked remotely for the month. We enjoyed the location even though it was situated well back in the Crossings District......it was very quiet which we very much enjoyed. The Publix was just a short car ride or 10-15 minute walk away which was very convenient. Overall we loved the place and will definitely be back !!

This beautiful property was perfect! It was a perfect location, extremely clean, kitchen was very well-equipped, and we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

House was great and clean on arrival. Loved the layout of the kitchen/living room area and the screened in porch. Also enjoyed having the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Only downsides…You are not in walking distance of anything, so a golf cart or vehicle is really a must. Would be nice if property included a golf cart. It was nice to be close to Publix, but again it’s not walking distance…but quick trip by cart or car. The tv/channels were difficult to operate and the WiFi went out, but Dune Management was able to come fix it same-day. Keurig also needs replaced or fixed…seemed to only work sporadically.

This was our fourth time staying in Watercolor, and this property stands above the other homes we’ve rented. Great layout, clean, relaxing style, full and high quality kitchen amenities, and multiple places to stretch out and relax. It swallowed our group of seven with ease! Would happily stay again.
