This house was exactly as advertised. There was a window AC unit upstairs and fans throughout but it still got quite warm. Other than that, everything was great. There's enough furniture and kitchen supplies that we were comfortable and there was no trouble making dinner for the first night. The travel to the bus line we wanted was easy enough and there were closer buses we could have taken if we had so chosen. Kid and pet friendly with bowls and a small door for pets although the fence does have small gaps so a pet that fits through the pet door should be watched while outside. Parking is a bit tight. We had 2 vehicles and double parked on each other to avoid blocking up the Street. It's a super cute little cottage and it was perfect for our short visit and not terribly expensive.

Scrupulously clean (though duvet covers we could wash would be a nice addition so we would know those are clean as well). Lots of thoughtful touches, like jigsaw puzzles and kids' books. Having a washer/dryer (stackable, behind a closet door in the dining room) was great for us. We are a family of 4, two teens who appreciated having their own rooms, and got some use out of the foozball and darts. We walked to 2 restaurants and to Ben & Jerry's by the park. No issues parking. I recommend for families who value a house over proximity to downtown

We've stayed in many vacation rentals in the Seattle area and this was our favorite. The house is on a quiet street with easy parking and in a convenient North Seattle location. The kids loved it (darts! foosball! carpeted stairs! backyard!) It's an old home, but it's clean and nicely staged. It had all of the essentials. We'd definitely stay here again.

I came to Seattle for work and wanted a house with a yard for my dog as well as a peaceful setting with green space for evening walks. This home provided all of that. The yard is large and has beautiful trees and flowers including some of the most lovely roses I have ever smelled! The house is in a great neighborhood with cute storybook style homes, little free libraries on every block, and a short walk to Greenlake, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home itself is cute and cozy with the comfort of visiting a grandparents home with modern updates. There were plenty of dishes, spices, and other basics. The only thing I found slightly uncomfortable was the lack of curtain or blind on the bathroom window (bottom of the window is frosted, but the top is not) and maybe a blind or curtain on the sliding glass door for extra privacy. Other than that, all was perfect, and I would happily stay here again.

The house had all the amenities we needed down to umbrellas and doggie bags. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was spacious. Very dog friendly and beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful Green Lake. Vacasa staff responded quickly to our questions, and we ended up extending our stay. Beautiful location. Would definitely come back!

There was no instructions on how to lock the house when we left for the day. A suggestion would be either bath mat in the tub or grab bars so you do not slip getting in or out of the tub.
