I’m always suspicious as to cleanliness when I stay at any hotel but I don’t have anything negative to say on this subject at this property.

The hotel was excellent except for their housekeeping policies of maid service every other day on my 5 night business stay. I was working 10-12 hour days and the last thing I wanted to return was a bed that needed to be made, trash to empty, and used towels. After the first day of no sevice I asked the front desk for daily service, with no need to change sheets. They noted my request, somewhat apathetically, but did not honor it. I paid the same each night as I would have for a single night and expected the same daily service. I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year on business, usually one night per hotel, and I was very disappointed with this stay.

A very clean hotel. We stayed here because we were attending a conference. We were so impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, and general overall care of the place. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again, if in the area.

Nothing special here. Basic accommodation for a Hampton Inn. Newer property near downtown. Parking good, breakfast just OK. No other amenities like snacks. Water was not hot, and typical SWFL water odd smells, had to turn faucet to hot for showering. Room was clean. Every other day cleaned, but not daily.

My overnight stay in “my” clean and spacious king bedroom was very peaceful and relaxing. The person at the front desk was very friendly, polite and attentive which made me feel comfortable and safe.

This was a nice, quiet hotel with a great breakfast. Everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were all awesome!

I was surprised when I walked in how nice this property was. The staff was very friendly and even allowed me to check in early. The only complaint I have was the groups staying there had a lot of kids and they were running around the hotel in the morning during breakfast.

I had a two week stay here and it was my temporary housing while I looked for a place to live in SWFL. Obviously I was here long enough to get a good picture of the ins and outs of it. The hotel is well-run from the top-down. I dealt with Jorge and Carissa at the front desk many times and they were so pleasant and kind. The entire staff is pleasant and polite. The hot breakfast is so clutch. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. It’s safe and the parking is free. Best value you’re going to get in this area. Easy walking distance to River District and also a Publix grocery store 5-7 minute walk away.

The room was nice but the bathroom outlet was too close to the backsplash of the sink so nothing could be plugged in the bathroom-little inconvenient. The pool was green so we didn’t use it, the location was perfect for what we needed and there were several dining options within a short distance.

, along with the gentleman that came to the rescue with a bottle opener late at night! The hotel is new...very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Short walk to everything! Didn't have breakfast, but it looked pretty good! Would definitely go back again.

Hampton Inn on a very busy weekend checked me out of a three night stay after the second night and if it weren’t for Hotels.com, who found me another hotel hotel, and took care of it for me because Hampton would not give me my money back, which was bad business at Hampton Inn for leaving me in such a situation on a weekend we’re most of the hotels are booked In that area, but Hotels.com was very good found me a hotel and booked it for me and because I’d already paid for the night through Hampton Inn they took care of it on their part!! I will definitely work with Hotels.com in the future because they stood behind me as a customer which Hampton Inn did not do I will never stay another another Hilton Brand hotel!!

New hotel that opened 7 months ago. Everything is new and clean. The only negative was the ice machine was only on the 3rd floor. The ice machine on the 1st floor was OUT of Order and the ice machine on 4th floor was still not installed.

We had such a great stay at this Hampton Inn! The staff was very friendly and courteous, and was available to answer all my questions.

We stayed here for fee days for tattoo convention. The lady front desk in morning is extra ordinary friendly. She make sure we enjoy our stay. Parking is good for big van like us. Pool is still not working. Ice machine is not working in 4th floor. I will stay here again because of the friendly staff and easy parking.

Everything was excellent, from the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast. The only thing we would complain is the non-stop noise of the air conditioning.
