Jacuzzi jets didn't work..upstair soundproofing could be a little better.. my 91 year old dad said a handbar in the shower would be helpful.

Room was fantastic. The place was clean and comfortable, definitely worth it. (If I had to be out of town in a heatwave, this was a great place to be). The bed was amazing (might need one of those mattresses for home), the seating area and balcony were larger than I had pictured, the bathroom was huge too! I wish we would've had more time to enjoy and explore.

The door code provided in the confirmation was not the correct code (arrived at night and had to call customer service for the correct code, which took a bit, but was easily taken care of). There were 2 TVs in the suite, but only 1 remote (not a huge issue, just annoying to have to remember to bring the remote with you). The shower was amazing, I just wish both showerheads could be used at the same time.

Location close to town. Clean room & large. Friendly & helpful staff.

My room was next to the stairs that got noisy at night. There was no fork or spoon in the room. which would have been handy with a microwave & coffee maker.

Thought posted on web site, Breakfast was not offered .No Staff were available before 8am or / after 5pm. Room was not cleaned and restocked daily during our stay!

The front desk was only manned during the day. There was no place to comfortably sit in the room. Housekeeping had to be requested for basic services.
